We had an ant issue and they ended up getting into our rv and we lost some food over it. My kids got bit a few times as well, because the ants got in their clothes. The owner's father manages the place, and has always been nice and polite to me. He has never been nasty, and I am very much a female. Small-ish pool right sized for the number of pads - didn't really need much bigger. I will say that the price per night is more than you would expect to pay for the grounds, but keep in mind that they are in Leander, just 20 minutes from Austin...taxes keep getting higher and higher and they need to pay their bills just like everyone else.
