Dumpsters constantly overflowing and not emptied on a regular basis. Grass is cut when it gets knee-high. Lots of rules, but only certain people are required to follow the rules. Some examples of this are no window unit AC's are allowed in your RV (numerous RV's have them) you can have a storage shed, but it must be wood only (there were lots of residents with plastic & metal sheds. Save yourself the heartache and misery and just go down the road. There are tons of other RV parks that are clean and not so TRASHY!!!

Margie has been super nice and helpful with everything, from check in to referring businesses like propane refills, hardware stores and grocery stores. Very efficient with emails and communicating with the park when needed. I'm a traveling healthcare worker, which is why I'm leaving, but when I am back in the area, Rising Spirit will be first on the list! They have mailboxes, 4 washers and 4 dryers. A shower and toilet, Soda machine, ice and water machine, grassy areas, a dog park. The grounds are nicely kept. Everyone living here, that I have interacted with, has been very friendly.

The arena itself is covered but mainly outside so dress accordingly. The bleachers are a bit tight on nights with a packed crowd, but everything was visible from our seats. You can tell that this facility is well taken care of and that updates have been regularly taking place since it was built. The Jumbotron at the end of the arena was great for watching replays and didn't appear to have any broken/missing lights. Overall, this is a great place to catch a livestock show, rodeo, or concert!

Called and talked to a customer service rep whom informed me have to cancel within 7 days to get a refund. Blow outs are not planned and was disappointed with not even a partial refund being allowed.

We rented an RV from another place and had a nightmare of an experience. It was the day before we…read morewere supposed to leave on our trip and the original RV we had rented was horribly damaged and out of commission so we were given a different RV with no air conditioner and an awful smell. The person helping us was horrific, she was nasty and rude and her office had dogs running around that were jumping all over us. It was seriously a horrible first experience renting an RV. Lucky for us we were referred to Karyn at American Adventures in Georgetown. Karyn was very apologetic (for a problem that had nothing to do with her) and vowed to turn our experience around - and boy did she! She got on the phone, made phone calls, got us into an upgraded RV, had her team clean it and have it ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Every person we encountered was so friendly and so helpful. All of this took place on my daughter's 10th birthday. What almost ruined her birthday surprise turned out to be one of the most memorable birthdays she's had so far all thanks to Karyn. I've seen the worst of the worst with RV renting experiences and I've seen the best of the best. American Adventures is the ONLY place I'll trust my future vacations with. I've lived at Hunt's Crossing for over a year. It's a nice, quiet park. All residents are very…read morefriendly. I don't know what prior complaint about laundry room is about, I've never been when machines weren't working, and I've never been when there wasn't machines available. The owner's father manages the place, and has always been nice and polite to me. He has never been nasty, and I am very much a female. I get an email each month with my invoice attached, but nothing else is ever conveyed through email. I enjoy living here and have never had any issues.
