The nightly rates advertised aren't as low as they actually turn out to be which is unfortunately very common. It ended up being about $90/night for an rv spot. There's also volleyball courts, ping pong etc. plenty of things to do. They do Friday movie nights at the pool for kids. Great place. We had an ant issue and they ended up getting into our rv and we lost some food over it. My kids got bit a few times as well, because the ants got in their clothes. We found the ants crawling up our extension cord and into the rv. I put in two maintenance requests about it but never heard back so I bought some ant killer and solved it myself.

The main stage is nice and there is a pavilion for you to just sit and enjoy the atmosphere while reading a book or just taking a moment to chill. I always enjoy coming here to cycle or walk but really appreciate the playground upgrade for the children.

It's a well-maintained, age 55+ property, so there were never any kids yelling or loud music blaring. It is also gated at night, and as a single female, I felt very safe there. The park is out in the country, so it is very quiet - the only sound being a rooster occasionally crowing, which was quaint. The property managers, Greg and Amy, were amazing. When I had issues, they were always available to help, even when they were off duty. The on-site shower/restroom, laundry room, and community room are always clean and inviting. The neighbors are all very friendly, and there is a large dog park your fur babies. When I moved out, they refunded my deposits promptly and in full. If you're looking for a great RV park, and you're age 55+, Central RV Park at Parkside is the park for you! I would still be living there if it weren't for my job.

When you send the proof they just say OK, we will take that off. They will put you on this routine saying over and over "I'll have to talk to my boss about your refund." I have an email to where they told me how much they owe me and they still won't pay me. they also charge you twice for water..., for getting it, and for using it. When you drive through this park, look at the sewer lines. they're intake is higher than the dump on the RV,s. The residence have to build these elaborate draining stands with 2x4's, foam, and cinderblocks just so their trailer doesn't back up with sewage. BEWARE!

My only complaint is that I had a little difficulty getting in touch with someone about 50% of the time. It was difficult to make a reservation due to just how busy their phone lines are at times. My stay was cut short after a contract position fell through, and the staff was awesome about getting my bill settled in what I would say was a very fair manner.
