It's a well-maintained, age 55+ property, so there were never any kids yelling or loud music blaring. It is also gated at night, and as a single female, I felt very safe there. The park is out in the country, so it is very quiet - the only sound being a rooster occasionally crowing, which was quaint. The property managers, Greg and Amy, were amazing. When I had issues, they were always available to help, even when they were off duty. The on-site shower/restroom, laundry room, and community room are always clean and inviting. The neighbors are all very friendly, and there is a large dog park your fur babies. When I moved out, they refunded my deposits promptly and in full. If you're looking for a great RV park, and you're age 55+, Central RV Park at Parkside is the park for you! I would still be living there if it weren't for my job.

The owners/managers are all very accommodating and willing to adjust (cutting trees) what needs to be done to make your stay comfortable. I keep in mind that the park is new and still going through it's growing stages. We have the country atmosphere with all it's wonder. I feel safe here and know that if I have an issue, the management will address them immediately. Which hasn't happen to me. As far as sounds and noises there are plenty, cows, birds, cicadas and many more. While there is a train track near by it's not unbearable. If you were in the city there would be many more noises to contend with. I would recommend this location for a night or full-time living. You won't be sorry.

My only complaint is that I had a little difficulty getting in touch with someone about 50% of the time. It was difficult to make a reservation due to just how busy their phone lines are at times. The first time I was already on my way from CA to TX. They downgraded my site and never offered or gave me a refund for the difference Sunset RV Park's, Leander, TX, web site says they "promise to secure your spot and decline all other requests in exchange for your payment." That is a lie!!! The so-called manager this office, TBG RV Resorts, Lea Baker, gave me her word the site would not be changed. Again, a big fat lie. If you are booking a short-term stay, I would highly recommend you book somewhere else. Booking a site is very misleading. You will be routed to another web site. Watch for Boston.booking.rentmanager.com. The Boston Group (TBG) is an investment/management company. There are other rv parks in the Cedar Park area that are really family owned and operated. The first time I booked a spot for my November trip was back in July. One would think that far in advance I would not be having this problem. I cancelled with TBG and booked at Central RV Park, Georgetown, TX. Problem solved. I hope this helps someone else from going through the aggravation I have. Wishing you safe travels. Donna C CA
