Even have arranged delivery to our home in Clinton Hill a few times, and they've been great at arranging pickup/drop off. The second I walk up to the counter, no one in line, I stand for five minutes and wait for the one pharmacist to acknowledge my existence. When she finally does she yells across the room asking what I need, I explain that I'm picking up a prescription just sent in. She doesn't ask my name, but instead asks if I'm Sophia. No date of birth question either. She asks for my insurance card and I give it to her. The second she looks at she says it's "medical insurance" not "pharmaceutical" and asks FOUR times if I have any different card in an extremely rude tone. To which I respond, no and that I have always used this card and never had a problem. She rolls her eyes as if I am now inconveniencing her and then asks me what my past pharmacy phone number is which I don't know off the top of my head, so she makes me look it up. She spends ten minutes on the phone with a CVS that I don't pick up from anymore and then tells me that my SIGNA insurance has expired which is a provider i've never used. I asked how much the prescription would be without insurance and she wouldn't say and then started explaining to me what insurance is and what it does. I asked then after being completely fed up if she would transfer my prescription elsewhere for me and she said I can go to the next location and ask them to do it and she wouldn't. I am an extremely anxious person so going into pick up a prescription is already stressful enough. She was so extremely rude from the second she spoke to me. When I asked for her name she proudly stated it was Galina. I was so upset that I let an employee in the front of the store know how her attitude affected my experience (she was very understanding and I also understand it wasn't her problem to fix) but I was in tears by the time I walked away. Confrontation is not ever easy for me nor something I enjoy doing, I'm so disappointed!! Overall the store seems to have a great selection, but wow this pharmacist really has an issue with customer service.

It's clean, and bright, and pleasantly well-laid out in here. It feels fancy, but as far as I can tell the prices are in line with Duane Reade, etc. 2. It's the closest pharmacy to my kids' pediatrician. 3. They were open during a recent downpour (which led me not to want to walk to my regular pharmacy), and they had all the over the counter medicine I was looking for, and a lot more besides. 4. The guy at the register didn't know what we wanted, but the pharmacist was all over it. 5. It's closed on the weekend, if you were wondering. I'm a person who tries to shop local for everything I can, but for some reason it took me a decade to realize CVS was a terrible place to get your prescriptions filled. On the other hand, La Pharmacie seems like a lovely place to get your prescriptions filled and to pick up any [legal] drugs you need. Check it out.
