I signed up with Central Park Cleaning several months ago, and have been nothing but wowed. Communication is flawless - always nearly instantaneous replies to emails. Have never had a single issue with the team, and they show up at a consistent time, on the agreed upon day without fail. The team are fast (like super speed!) while doing an amazing job at getting everything to sparkle. They leave everything just as they find it (awesome, as I am not a fan of having to straighten up after cleaners). It's obvious they pay a lot of attention to detail and I honestly have zero complaints or critiques. We frequently forget that they are coming and they still do a wonderful job of carefully stacking and folding our piles of chaos. Stapleton Home Services has been cleaning our house now for a year, and I can't imagine how I managed without their services before that! We schedule them bi-weekly, and they always do a wonderful job. On cleaning day I try to come home early so that I can enjoy my pristine house before my kids get a chance to mess it up again. Beyond the basics, they add little touches like cleaning out my coffee pot and folding up the blankets on my dogs' beds. They even take the time to pick up tiny Lego pieces and set them aside instead of just vacuuming them up (which is my usual tactic). Called for a quote from the business. The office staff was friendly and so was Corby. Once I got the quote I asked Corby how long does he anticipate the cleaning crew being in my home because i felt the original estimate was a little high for the size of my house. I was just inquiring because if I felt the timing made sense I might have moved forward with them. Instead my response was that is the quote. And something along the lines of it is what it is and thank you for your business. I was offended by that response, no answer to my original question so I moved on. We've been using Stapleton Home Services for about 2 years now. Recently, I forgot to unlock our outside screen door on a day when the cleaners were scheduled. They were totally locked out of our home when they showed up! The office tried to reach me about it multiple times that day so that we could still get our house cleaned. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check messages (they called and emailed) until late in the day. When I finally called the cleaners had just finished their work for the day. They were kind enough to give me time to get home from work and unlock the door so we could still get our house cleaned. Stapleton Home Services started just as we pioneers began moving into the New Urban neighborhood. Although I'd heard about them soon after moving in eight years ago, it was several months before my new home needed cleaning. When I finally got around to scheduling my first whole-house clean, it was Corby who answered the telephone, visited to assess the scope of my needs, and followed up to ask how it went. I've been calling them ever since, and even as SHS grows to include a range of services, and other neighborhoods, the incredible customer service has kept pace with those early days. While Corby is still available if I need to chat, the office staff channels his CAN DO attitude and always exceeds my expectations. And the cleaning is always done in a timely and thorough manner by a Team of professionals who go above and beyond every time. I will admit that a handful of times in the past eight years I called upon a cheaper service on short notice or to cut corners, and I was so dissatisfied with their lateness, lack of complete and adequate service, and low standards, that I've learned my lesson. I've also used SHS for carpet cleaning, window washing, and power washing the exterior of our house. All services were fairly priced and done to my complete satisfaction. We've been using Stapleton Home Services for biweekly cleaning since August 2012. Initially they did a great job. We were assigned a new team this summer and while the quality of the areas that are cleaned is great, we had some issues since the new team was not cleaning our downstairs bathroom (for 2 months). It took several phone calls and even with their quality control supervisor supposedly present they still missed the downstairs bathroom. They offered to return just to clean the bathroom and also a complimentary clean which we accepted. Unfortunately this new team also left our home unlocked and unsecured not once but three times. Every single time it has happened I have called the office so this is inexcusable. I have mixed feelings since they have been doing a much better job cleaning our home but leaving our home completely unlocked and unsecured is a deal breaker. read more
