Really lame and truly uncaring. I thought maybe hospitals would improve after the COVID fiasco but they have not. It's time to replace hospitals with some frequency healing or other alternatives. This hospital model mostly does not work and people die or are mistreated.

After initial consultation an appointment was made for me with Jason Johnson at the Bend office. Jason was attentive and concerned about the rapid decrease in my hearing. A through cleaning of the ear canal and removal of heavy wax buildup gave me complete relief. A high five and "shout out", to the professionals at PNWA for five star service after the sale. Tim M.

I will be back in a few years for more testing and maybe by then be ready for hearing aids - did you know that not wearing hearing aids as you get older, if you have cognitive decline, can make dementia worse? New research on that is making me more concerned about my hearing. Nice facility in a good location in Bend. Nice staff. No complaints.

After several less than stellar experiences with the new practitioner I made the switch back to Caldera (previously Weeks Family Medicine). Kirstin takes her time to understand you, your goals and create a plan. Have grace. Transitioning an established clinic to different ownership can't be easy. Hats off to the team at Caldera for enduring the bumps in the road and still giving the same caring attention to each patient. Which is way more than I got with the new big box "convenient" medical clinic.

Our family had 6-8 appointments here, and while Katie Mercer is friendly, I can't recommend this…read morepractice. Katie tends to be long-winded, even when brevity is needed. Since appointments are billed by the minute, concise communication matters. Our main issue arose after a SIBO treatment follow-up. We ordered a test to see if the treatment worked and requested only the results--no appointment needed, as we knew our next steps. Twice we called, only to be told Katie insisted on discussing the results with us directly. Assuming this was like many offices where doctors deliver results directly, we expected no charge. Instead, we were billed for two phone calls--$140 in total--for what was essentially a mandatory visit, despite their policy of not charging for test results alone. When I asked for this to be corrected, I was told they were 'making it right by explaining their policy.' This was customer service at its worst. I hope $140 was worth losing a full family of paying clients.

You cannot leave. They will call you when it's time. They estimated 1-1.5 hours. I've been waiting in the car with my 3 kids for almost 4 hours and there is no end in sight. I'm sure they're sick of the public and so when I try to get information, they assume I'm rude and treat me like crap. I just want to make a decision if I should continue to wait or call it a day based on real information.

I asked them to send my blood work on Tuesday it's Thursday I haven't seen anything. Absolute worst thing is they do not have a patient portal.
