It took about twenty minutes, and they came back good as new. The surprise to me was there was no charge for cleaning. I want my blood work results as they're done because one takes longer than the bulk of it, I've called multiple times to ask them to put notes on the chart to send it out by the time oh yeah we can do that then you talk to somebody else and they say no, we can't do that. I asked them to send my blood work on Tuesday it's Thursday I haven't seen anything. Absolute worst thing is they do not have a patient portal. The inconsistency of information I get has gone to the point where I'm looking for another lab.

She again, told me the new doctor was booked out to November, Hmm, strange a new guy is booked out to November? I asked a friend to call and ask how far the doctors were scheduling out, my friend was told 3-4 months, I was with my friend when she called. It's a shame employees like her think they can represent the clinic with rudeness and lies. I managed my husband's clinic and if I had an employee behave in an undesirable way they were gone!

It had been more than a week and it wasn't clearing up on its own. I could have gone to urgent care but I preferred to see a specialist. I called the front desk and the receptionist, Jenna, was super compassionate about my situation. The soonest I could be seen was two days out, so I booked the appointment anyway. Jenna assured me that I would be called in case there is a cancellation before then that could be filled. Sure enough, not even 10 minutes later I get a call back that there was a cancellation and that I could come in half an hour later. Dr. Olsen was able to diagnose my condition very quickly and was very attentive to my concerns and questions. I was out of the examination room within 15 minutes and never felt rushed. My great experience was largely due to luck, but everyone made the experience all the more flawless despite my diagnosis. I am so happy that I trusted Aspen Mountain Dermatology with my needs!
