Thorough and patient, I received a thorough exam and was told I was at the tipping point, but nothing was needed yet. She explained everything clearly to my wife and me and suggested I assess the situation over the next few months to see how I felt. When it got worse, I called Chelsea, and she set up the next appointment. She worked with my insurance company to ensure the hearing aids were within my budget. Just got them today, and noticeable difference in watching TV and speaking with my wife. Very happy with the service I received.

It took about twenty minutes, and they came back good as new. The surprise to me was there was no charge for cleaning. With that being said, I was extremely satisfied with my first consult and treatment today, Hannah listened to me and considered my specific hair growth pattern, came up with a plan and package to target my concern areas, and had great bedside manner throughout. I also feel like the pricing was extremely reasonable compared to what I've received outside this area, but I did benefit from a "buy 5, get 3 free" package they are running until Nov 22nd. Also love that after those 8 treatments, they offer 50% off for "maintenance" treatments on spots that just need a refresh! I know I sound like a paid advertisement but I truly was so happy with the process today!

When I raised my concerns, I was told by Taylor, the injector that it was due to "my budget," and my request for a corrective session was outright refused. On top of that, the minimal results faded unusually fast...less than a month, making me question whether genuine Botox was used or the injections were not in proper area. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. Proper technique, transparency and respect for patients are essential, and unfortunately, I didn't see any of that here.

I have very expressive brows, and with other injectors I ended up looking like Jack Nicholson -- or honestly, a clown. It was obvious they didn't fully understand how all the forehead muscles work. Dr. Covey absolutely does. She's an actual doctor who specializes exclusively in this, not a nurse or part-time injector. She's been treating me for five years, and I've never had that look again. Natural, balanced, and done right every time. I will never go to anyone else!

Then spent about 15 mins w/me assessing "dry eye" &ignoring/not effectively "checking" the issues I waited two hours to check affecting my eyes. Doctor gaslit me & I was snickered about by staff throughout.If you want easy patients with simple, clean, dry eye issues, or if that's all you have expertise or capacity to handle, why do you have a sign on the front desk pretending you can handle complex and intimate PII re: other issues **see your front desk sign encouraging patients to talk about other issues affecting them--boasting of your "skilled nurses" working there. I did not see qualified care, or ethical treatment other than dilating my pupils. The nurse also misinterpreted all that I described to her and the doctor walked in having no clue why I was there.
