Throughout the procedure process I was totally informed and I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Hinsley's professionalism and skill. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because when you call Central Oregon ENT it is rare you can ever talk to someone. You end up in an extensive phone tree which results in leaving a voicemail message which the robot says will be returned within 24 business hours. That rarely happens and you are lucky to ever get a call back. Thus, you end up calling again and going through the same routine.

Plus the doctor ordered the wrong ointment which I had to pay for then had to pay again for the correct ointment. They care more about the money than care for the patients.
