I needed a refill for some ointment for my ear canal, they wouldn't refill it without an…read moreappointment, I went in just to get the refill but the doctor looked into my ear canal before she ordered the refill it took about two minutes and got a charge of about $300, my insurance paid for some but I feel the charge is outrageous. Plus the doctor ordered the wrong ointment which I had to pay for then had to pay again for the correct ointment. They care more about the money than care for the patients. I'll be finding another ENT in the future

When I finally showed up for my appointment, I was slightly late because of roadwork and they told me they needed to reschedule me. I explained how long I've been waiting and my situation and it didn't matter. I rarely take time to write something like this, but I am so disappointed, they aren't the only game in town. I wish I would've known that sooner.

Honestly, that was intimidating. When you have a complicated medical history and are already navigating a long healing journey, starting over with someone new can feel overwhelming. He was kind and genuinely interested in hearing me. He took the time to look through my medical history, ask questions, listen to my concerns, and talk with me about what might help me feel better. So if you're someone who is hesitant about seeing a provider who doesn't have a decade of experience remember, the right doctor isn't necessarily the one with the longest time in the field, it's the one who listens, and makes you feel like an actual person rather than a diagnosis.
