Dr. Hinsley removed the parathyroid gland and my calcium is back to normal. Other than a sore throat from the breathing tube I had no other related pain or discomfort. Throughout the procedure process I was totally informed and I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Hinsley's professionalism and skill. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because when you call Central Oregon ENT it is rare you can ever talk to someone. You end up in an extensive phone tree which results in leaving a voicemail message which the robot says will be returned within 24 business hours. That rarely happens and you are lucky to ever get a call back. Thus, you end up calling again and going through the same routine.

I needed a refill for some ointment for my ear canal, they wouldn't refill it without an…read moreappointment, I went in just to get the refill but the doctor looked into my ear canal before she ordered the refill it took about two minutes and got a charge of about $300, my insurance paid for some but I feel the charge is outrageous. Plus the doctor ordered the wrong ointment which I had to pay for then had to pay again for the correct ointment. They care more about the money than care for the patients. I'll be finding another ENT in the future
