Dr Perkey and her medical assistant are wonderful. I left a message with her medical assistant and didn't hear back for a few weeks then got a random call from her that Dr Perkey would see me again. I so appreciate it as she is hands down the best doctor I have ever had who actually cares and listens and helps you to find solutions. The building was a large one and a lot going on but the process of check in and getting to the doctor was seamless and easy. To be able to get educated and compassionate care by a provider who keeps up to date on brain injury and gives you tools to use makes a world of a difference! So glad I am able to come here and have no problem making the drive anytime until we can move to bend which is in our 2 year plan.

We arrived at 12:08 pm and were informed that everyone was at lunch and it would be an hour wait. Finally the Trage RN returns, but takes people out of order. My father is 89, walks with a cane. Everyone else that was been seen before him was ambulatory. Overall we have been happy with the physicians, but extremely disappointed in the office protocold. Taking the sickest first makes sense, but this was not the case both times we have used NOW Care.

Welcome to Oregon where the staff and technicians are compassionate, happy, and efficient. Kali welcomed me warmly with sincere concern about my health. She spoke softly and warmly creating an environment of comfort and security. I was quickly whisked back for my x-ray with Kelly. Her main focus was my health and well-being. Wearing a neck brace because of a cervical fracture, I felt in control as she worked with me to procure accurate pictures of what my doctor ordered. She worked briskly and professionally to make certain I would not cause further injury to my neck or be in any discomfort. CORA, thank you for showing me what good service can be!

My mother, my sister, several of my aunts and some of their daughters having breast cancer. Having my own lump removed a couple of decades ago, but luckily it had not been cancer. Except for yesterday. The level of incompetence was astounding. Honestly, I'll do whatever I can to use a different facility than CORA. They're dangerous.
