I didn't ask for Sequoia or teak. I've been getting wood for years from places as far away from me as this place, same amount, same mix, carry-up, and it's never been even half this amount. I arrived before closing time and was in the middle of placing my order when she abruptly refused to continue because it was exactly 4:30 PM. Despite already starting the order, she insisted they couldn't proceed because they had been working since 6 AM and needed to leave. I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable. While I was discussing delivery details with another staff member, she turned away and started muttering under her breath. I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a customer-facing role. It's hard to understand how a business can thrive with this kind of attitude toward customers.
