Consequently, three trees on our property were cut the way that the company wanted to do it, based on a conversation months before though our desires had changed. The arborist spoke with me on the phone that day, did his best to apologize and try to make it right by not charging us. He said he would come to the site and talk to me, which did not happen. My advice to tree services: get a final signature before carving up precious trees. You can not put them back together.
