Prompt, communicative, professional, kind. Aerial was prompt with coming out to give us an estimate, and scheduled to come out less than a week later. They were communicative with confirming day/time, and on the day of arrived on time/early.  Aerial came to remove 1 large old tree, and prune 3 other large trees for us. Aerial was amazing at clearing dead branches and leaving our trees in good shape for new growth!  The team that came out was conscientious of our neighbors yards, and did an amazing clean up job with all the branches as they were removed from the tree. The team who came out was friendly, and did great work ~ our yard looks great. Aerial is affordable, and certainly worth it for their efficient and skilled work. This is a wonderful tree service company. They arrived at the appointed time and went to work removing one tree and pruning another tree. I was impressed with how intrepid they were at scaling the top of the trees and also how locked in the rest of the crew was in cleaning up the tree limbs which fell from the buzz saw man. I called this company for an estimate to get a couple of my trees serviced. I had scheduled an appointment on a Friday, and was told they would email me the estimate - they never showed up. I called to follow-up on the following Tuesday. They told me that someone would come out the same day, and they would email me the estimate by end of day. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received an estimate. Do not waste your time with this company!! read more

Aerial Tree Services came out today to prune up to large oak trees the are on my side yard. They were really overgrown and had not been trimmed in quite some time. Aerial did a fantastic job and cleaning out the dead branches and removing large limbs that were close to our house. Would highly recommend. read more

This is the 3rd time I've used this company for tree removal. They are prompt, clean and provide great service. The quotes are comparable or better than competitors. Their mulch grinding machine leaves very nice fine mulch to use around the yard. I just had 2 trees cut and 1 pruned and I am extremely happy with the results. This is a perfect example of yelp being a great resource for the consumer. I had a 3 story willow tree that collapsed during the big storms in July. The quotes I got from other tree removal services were much higher than Aerial and most of them told me there was a 1-2 week wait before they could remove the tree from my yard. Aerial was by far the least expensive, they were at my house the next day, and they work fast, efficient and clean. There were at least 10 guys on the job with 2 of them doing nothing but cleaning up after the others cut and cleared the area - very impressive. I highly recommend Aerial for tree removal or any type of yard clearing job you might have. They are prompt, friendly and very affordable - worth every penny I paid them. Called Aerial at 6:45pm and Ramon answered and scheduled an estimate the next day. After negotiating the price he and his crew were back yesterday to cut down 3 trees. They arrived early, very careful for the neighbor's property including our own, made sure everything was cleaned up properly. Offered the trim down other tree stumps that we had in the yard, was careful around the power lines and answered any questions that we had about the tree removal process. Done in less than 2 hours and the yard looks brighter already. Will definitely be handing out their business cards! read more

I needed a tree removed from my backyard. Ramon scheduled the tree removal on a Wednesday morning. I took a half day from work so I could be home in case something happens during the removal. Ramon said that they would be there at 8am. At 8:45, they were still not there. I called Ramon and he said that they would not be able to make it out to cut down the tree because it was raining. I asked why he didn't call me. He said he called and left a voice mail on my cell phone. To this date, I still have not received that voice mail. The tree removal was now rescheduled for Saturday morning. They arrived at 8am and started working on the tree. Ramon was absent for the majority of the removal because he was providing estimates to other customers. Once the tree was removed, Ramon said that he would return on Monday to fill in the holes in the backyard and level the mound that was left by the tree stump removal. He never arrived Monday. I called him back and he said he would be out the next day to do this. To this date, I have not heard from Ramon and they have not finished the job. There are plenty of tree removal companies in the area. I would definitely skip this company and look elsewhere. read more
