It was quite good service and what a deal we got of 15% discount on the second face cord. All delivered and stacked the same day! I read all of the negative reviews and i called Justin to ask him about it. We gave him a chance to prove himself and he did. One item that he could improve is to carry brush and small shovel to pick up wood pieces after the job was done - we provided ours to clean the driveway. This company only brought less than half a cord of wood; we ordered and paid for a full. We were told they would deliver the rest the next day. We've made numerous attempts to contact them at various times of the day/evening but all their phone numbers go straight to a recording that says the mailboxes are full. We fe this is not a reputable company and strongly advise anyone against doing business with them. Update: The representative from the company finally did call back, and the rest of the wood was eventually delivered. read more

I would never use this company again! Same feedback as many others - didn't show up when scheduled, showed up late after rescheduling 3 times. I paid in full via Zelle unfortunately so cannot stop the payment. They showed up and cross stacked the wood to make it look like more but only received 1/2 a face cord when paid for a full face cord. And the wood is WET! Smokes up my whole house when burning it. Do not use them if you value your time, money and want qualify firewood. Extremely disappointed and will file a BBB report as well. Update - EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I gave them the opportunity to remedy the above and make good on their service. They texted me back saying all sales are final and that I paid for the wood happily. I PAID for a full face cord and got half of what I paid for and they would not remedy this or give a refund or replace the wet wood. First delivery attempt was missed because of equipment problems. Understandable. Asked for a refund. Got a receipt from square but NO actual money. Asked about it nicely for weeks. At this point I was robbed of $175. NO wood, NO refund, and I'm getting NO more responses. Maisie was pleasant and responded promptly until she no longer was responding. I think this company is also associated with a few other company's with different names and addresses but all in the same area. I received unseasoned wood that would not burn, and pretty sure I also did not receive the proper amount I paid for.

When they showed up, we were their last stop. They said they had a second batch or "cord" of wood and if we took it we'd get a discount. I hemmed and hawed because really we didn't need that much but we settled on $280 for two cords. He said he miscalculated and didnt quite have a full second cord but he'd bring it the next Day. He never showed up so I reached out. He said he had truck teoubles and would be out the next day. Didn't hear from him and I asked my husband to follow up because I went out of town. I was supposed to receive money back and never did. When I returned a week later, I made a Venmo request and texted three times and never heard back. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE EVERYTHING. read more

SCAMMER! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! At first everything was on the up and up. Good communication, fast delivery, and reasonable pricing. Justin agreed to deliver on a Sunday but due to the weather had to turn back. I was understanding and said it was not a problem and to stay safe. He confirmed on Monday that he would be delivering that day. We agreed to $130 for 1 face cord (8'x4') stacked and delivered. He showed up at 8 pm and said he had enough wood for 2 face cords if I was willing to take it. We negotiated and agreed to 2 face cords for $200. I gave him a $200 check and a cash tip. I checked the wood the next morning and found only 1 face cord. I contacted him and never heard back so I put a stop payment on the check. Once he found out the check was not going through 10 days later, he contacted me from a different phone number saying my check was not good and asking for payment in cash that day. I responded immediately stating I was willing to pay $100 for the 1 face cord I received since I had to pay a $30 stop payment fee at the bank, but I was not going to pay $200 for only receiving 1 face cord. He agreed and asked me to send the $100 now and pictures of the measurement of the wood pile. The wood I received was 9'8" x 3.5'. I told him that I wasn't interested in receiving the missing wood since I've lost trust in the company. He responded with a very long nasty text message about how I forced him, his wife, and two young children to come out to my house late at night and made their life hell. I did not respond because I do not entertain those emotional , unprofessional responses. Since then I have now received a notice from the Currency Exchange saying that they paid him the $200 from my original check and are requiring me to pay them the $200 back or they will file a lawsuit against me. I tried to reach out to Justin to discuss and there is no response. I am now spending money talking to my own attorney about the issue and this 1 face cord of firewood will cost me at least $400, $300 of which Justin has pocketed unlawfully. There is a right way to do business and this is not it. There are plenty of other firewood companies who value their customers and are respectful and honest. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and buy your firewood elsewhere! read more
