This is my first visit to Mary's and they've got some great flowers here! Lots of options I haven't seen shopping around the last few years at other places. We got some begonias that are stunning and holding up fantastic so far. We picked up a tropical bush as well, which Mary herself did advise me would likely not survive the winter. She did give me some advice on how to winterize it if I want to try and bring it inside, she seems knowledgeable and it's pretty cool that she offers plants like these. I always grab some veggies and herbs as well and she delivered on that with a few different herbs I'm excited to try. Boxwood basil is new to me but that's exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for. I do wish she had more variety of veggies available, I might have missed the boat on that. I did get a nice heirloom tomato plant, she had these in a back lot. It's a bit hard to get navigate back there and it's not a flat path so be prepared. To sum up, this is a smaller operation than some local competitors but that plant enthusiast charm goes a long way. I'd definitely recommend it for flowers, they've also got lots of cute outdoor decorations. It's a great spot to find something unique too! It COULD use some layout improvements and I found some things unlabeled as I was perusing. I'd say it's definitely worth checking out for either a seasoned gardener or a first timer!

The greenhouse is small , but it is packed with a large selection of plants. The plants were so well maintained and well taken care of , and prices were so reasonable. The workers are always helpful and friendly and the lot is well organized. I have good success with everything I get here usually but I have definitely killed a few bell pepper plants in the past which is, to be fair, probably my own fault. Prices are up this year but that's true for everywhere and I didn't find anything to be outrageously expensive. If your looking for some herbs, flowers, or veggies to grow its worth a stop in to look around at their selection, they also have ground cover plants if that's what your in the market for.

We paid nearly $300 for the arrangement, and the proprietor pushed for delivery vs. me picking it up. I give two stars as the flowers we received were in nice shape. However, the arrangement appeared much larger and fuller in the catalog. Also, we specifically requested Gerber daisies, those were my grandmother's favorite. There are many daisies in the arrangement, but no Gerbers. The hand written ribbon I can understand, but the typed note is all lop sided and and the typing is all goofy. Given the catalog photo was packed with Roses, and this had less than a half dozen, I don't see how the asking price met the delivered product. Thank you Bob for "checking the box" vs. delivering on requests and reasonable expectations. Would not recommend this shop unless you see what you are getting first.
