The pricing was competitive, and scheduling the service was easy. His team arrived on time and got to work. They used proper equipment and techniques to ensure the branches they trimmed did not damage the ground, the roof, or other structures. They were flexible with the payment methods. I am pretty sure that he does not carry the proper insurance - he doesn't provide a straight answer and I couldn't find any insurance on his website, so this leaves the home owner at risk.

When they couldn't get the stump grinder over a small retaining wall, they said they would be back with a ramp so they wouldn't damage the wall.
