This company really gets the job done, fast, efficiently and very cost effectively !!. Robert & his Arbor Care team did a tremendous job by removing 6 trees, with stumps, lots of dead wood, large bushes and also trimmed back many overhead branches all in one day. Once the big stuff was gone, a general landscape cleanup, then removal all the remaining brush, weeds, vines was then accomplished and they even trimmed the lawn. My realtor was extremely pleased with the results as well. The most critical part of the Tree Service was the fact that three of the trees, that were removed, were intertwined with the electrical power service wires. Look elsewhere! I used their tree removal service and I wouldn't call them again. Briefly: Not Professional ~ does not complete the work to a professional level. (I paid for stump removal and I'm still tripping over it!) Not Available ~ once paid, are impossible to get hold of, unwilling to address concerns. (Hey! are you still there?) DO NOT PAY MORE THAN 50% PRIOR TO SERVICE BEING COMPLETE (and inspected by you)! Overpriced ~ good prices compared to what is charged from a real tree service, but given results they should not be considered in the same category. Predatory ~ drives around neighborhoods after storms looking for people to 'help out' (hint: it's not you they want to help!) Bottom line, this guy talks a good game (seemingly pleasant and helpful -at first) but you need to interact with him like you would a used car salesman... no offense to used car salesmen, I actually hold them in a higher category! read more

I would definitely recommend. I had a few maples which were growing too close to my roof and a mulberry tree hindering the growth of one of the maples. Robert explained and recommended what needed to be done. His TEAM did all of the hard work perfectly and cleaned the surrounding area so well, you would not know anything was done. If you want to be over-sold and under-delivered, then sign-up with Arbor Care Solutions. I selected them for tree removal and trimming and I had nothing but problems: endless missed start dates, endless excuses, arrived unprepared to carry out what was promised, stubborn resistance to complete what was promised, poor clean-up, unlimited bad communication and silence after promising to correct unfulfilled promises. In a word: FAIL. If you want them to take down a tree, they may be able to eventually complete the job, but, absolutely do not hire them to perform any tree trimming unless you specify each and every branch to be removed in a legal, binding contract. Otherwise, they will nit pick you to the point of exhaustion. In a word, you get what you pay for. The amount of aggravation endured was definitely not worth the 5% savings. read more

We had a large old tree that we love over hanging our house and shadowing another tree. They responded within 24 hours to our call and came out on a Sunday to do a free quote. They gave us good advice on how to cut back the tree but keep it healthy. They came out that week to do the work. They were very responsive to our specific requests and even cleaned up a few things that were not part of the original agreement. We have been going to a subsidiary of theirs for years for firewood. I would recommend Robert and his team to anyone looking for good service at a great price. I had a very large pine tree overtaking our fence line. I didn't want to loose the privacy, but need to clean it off the fence and allow access to my gate again. Robert came out within a day of contacting him for a free quote. I had 5 other quotes with a wide range of pricing. Robert agreed to trim the pine, plus 2 more trees in our yard for a lower cost than most of my quotes for the one original pine. His team came out within a week and they were done in a few hours and cleaned up nicely. The pine looks great and natural. The clean up of the other two trees look great too! read more

I contact the owner Robert about removing 5 Abovitas (a kind of evergreen) and set up a date from his crew to come remove them. The day of removal Robert calls me and informs me his crew cut down a Maple, BIG difference from a evergreen. He told to not worry and that he will replace it with another maple the next day. His crew showed up the next day and finished grinding out 3 of the stumps, which at that time they cut my cable line, which i had julie come out and mark so this wouldnt happen. My cable company charged me 55 dollars to fix the line. We didn't get a replacement maple until we threatened legal action 2 weeks after they cut down the original tree, at which time he dropped it carelessly in my back yard and never heard from him again. I had to hire another company to come out and finish the job. read more
