They remained highly communicative the whole time we waited for the work to get done and they were flexible if I needed changes made. The team arrived when I wasn't home. I was able to chat with the lead, Nick, on the phone and they got rolling. By the time I got home an hour later the majority of the trees were already down and loaded onto their truck. They ground the stumps up, cleared all the brush, and cleaned the entire area (even the street). They left no traces of their work and didn't damage the property around the trees. All in, super efficient, great prices, and a highly professional team made an amazing experience. I highly recommend Tried & True.

Communication throughout the entire process was quick and easy by phone, text, and email. The crew did a fantastic job pruning, shaping, removing trees and shrubs, and handling several stumps. The stump removal especially stood out; where grinding wasn't possible, they dug them out and restored the areas so well that you could barely tell the ground had been disturbed. Cleanup was equally impressive; despite the amount of work completed, they left the property spotless. Their pricing was very competitive, they were transparent with scheduling, and once a date was set, they stuck to it even though it happened to be one of the hottest days of the year.
