Ricardo and his crew are fantastic. Ricardo is a nice guy and easy to talk to. They were taking down my neighbors tree and did such a good job I hired them to take a big tree out of my backyard. It was tough to get out as it was between the house and the garage. Plus there were some power lines in the area. They took it down without any problems, ground down the stump, and cleaned up the area better than it was when they started. Very professional and respectful of my property. Residential Tree Work did an incredible job for me. Ricardo was there when he said he would be with his crew of four guys. I had two VERY large trees (Check out the pictures) that had to come down. Most tree services wouldn't even attempt it and said it was too risky. One of the trees was over a garage and growing into it. There were electrical wires running very close to it. They took it down like pros. They brought in a crane to get the trunk out of this tight space. They also ground down the stumps below the surface. They cleaned up every day they were there and were very respectful of my property. All of this and they were the lowest bid I received. Residential Tree work did a phenomenal job on cleaning up three very large trees that included large dead branches, all very difficult to reach yet Ricardo with his team was able to remove dead branches and "cleanup" these large trees. The only reason I'm giving this company even 1 star is because that's the lowest I can give. I had a Bradford Pear tree in my backyard that split in half when we had a 12 inch snow fall. I was content with the work of the three man crew (which included the owner, Ricardo) UNTIL after the snow melted and I noticed all the leaves, wood chips, etc that they raked up and emptied into a garbage can was transferred to my front yard and dumped out and mixed into all the snow in my front yard. I cannot even comprehend that level of idiocy. I was very polite to them the entire time they were working on this project, I stayed inside most of the time. I did not deserve this low level of customer service. I reviewed my cameras and saw that the guy who was mixing all the leaves, wood chips into the snow was LAUGHING while the other guys looked at him laughing too. They charged me $500 for the job and then left a huge mess to clean up. It doesn't make any sense as to why the heck they would transfer everything from my back yard to my front yard and then dump it out all over my lawn and mix it in the snow. I sent a text message to Ricardo explaining what I was angry about and he called me and got defensive right away, saying I should have communicated to him the problem and he would have come back to clean it. I had to use Google Translate since my Spanish isn't very fluent and his English isn't very fluent--that's why I sent a text message. He just wanted to argue back with me about something. Why would I think those guys would have come back to clean it all up after they made the ridiculous decision to dump it out onto my lawn while laughing!?? The communication should have been them coming to me PRIOR to them dumping it in my yard and mixing it in the snow--asking me where they should put the debris, although, I assumed they would clean it all up and take it away--since that is what I was told by Ricardo!! read more

Residential Tree Work did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company to do tree removal. We had many trees and bushes and they cleaned up the area after they were done.
