Kevin came out and gave us a quote in the fall which we actually pushed back until spring because of a new baby on the way. Javier was here the day of and they were amazing and worked quickly. They got the old plants removed and everything cleaned up and then reseeded a majority of the lawn with new grass. We had small requests on the day of and they were very accommodating. 3 weeks later and the grass is coming in great and we are so happy with the work. We will be using Addlawn for all of our lawn care needs!

Two weeks ago on a Thursday evening, the team manager ran the extremely noisy equipment until 8:15 pm when it became dark. This is VERY disruptive. Residents in Baker Hill cannot hear on their phones and cannot even hear their TV's. When I spoke with the team manager, he was very, very uncooperative. Today is a Saturday, and this same manager and his team have been running their extremely loud equipment since 3 pm. It is now 5:15 pm on a WEEKEND - SATURDAY. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I hired Rick to supervise a crew to install 30 tonnes of pea gravel and 3/4 in rock in our backyard. The scope of the project was to staple fabric across the area, which was approx. 0.15 acres then wheelbarrow the gravel to different areas around the backyard and finally rake it even. Rick was on the project every morning with a positive attitude and strong ownership of the daily work and for the overall project. It's stressful having people doing work around your property for a week, but his team was completely reliable, self sufficient and conscientious about noise levels and such. I also appreciated how clean Rick and his crew left the work site each night. They'd pick up any debris and tools and were ready to go for the next day. After the gravel landscape installation, Rick stayed on to oversee the landscape maintenance of our half acre property with 47 varieties of plants, bushes, trees and grass and over 1000 ft of irrigation. I trust him to take care of my property and to do the right thing for my landscape. Highly recommend!
