Do not I repeat do not buy a car from this dealership. I bought a car two days after I bought it. My alternator went out. They replaced the alternator with a refurbished alternator. It went out 30 days later and made me pay for it. Then I had to replace two valve cover gaskets I also had to replace the battery and then my transmission went out a month after my warranty was over. They stated that I could bring it down there and pay 30 to 50% of the financing charges for the then when I got the car towed there, they told me that they would not finance out the charges and tried to charge me $5000 for a transmission then told me I could not have the car towed to a shop until my payments were current which my payments were already current. Do not get a vehicle from there this dealership will rip you off and all the cars are lemons. read more

The customer service there is so bad, had to return the car cause the payments were getting out of hand and they weren't helping at all. The behind the desk people were disrespectful the whole time I was talking to them. Looked up the blue book value was only 10 grand and they put 20 grand overall. Don't recommend. read more

April 1st I went to Central Auto Sales after not having any luck with the current used car I bought from Howard Johnson's Auto Mart that blew up within the first five months. I was told they provided free oil change for the life of the loan, and a courtesy vehicle if we ever needed one if they ever had to work on our new certified 200pt inspection van. The day I signed paperwork I drove home via the interstate and before going too many miles at 75mph the dust shroud from underneath the van came off, and the check engine light came on. I pulled over on the interstate to retrieve the shroud. I called Central Auto Sales as soon as I got home to report the incident, they said the service boss "Don" said the dust cover was no big deal, but I said the check engine light needs to be addressed because I just signed for it and need to know what is wrong with it. The soonest appointment they could make was after their love it or leave it policy within five days if not satisfied. I took it by AutoZone prior to the first appointment because of the recent dishonest sales I just endured, to check Central Auto Sales honesty. AutoZone report had low O2 sensor and catalytic converter fault, central auto sales told me and my wife it was a fuse, nothing about what AutoZone code was, as we drove off the check engine light came back on. I called again and said it came right back on and we just left, they delayed getting back to me on scheduling until we had more lights come on so I called and left another message, stating that other lights are on, including a mechanic light which said the oil life was at 15%. This was within the first two months of owning it. The passenger side door and trunk quit opening as well, side airbag light stayed on due to this. I have two children in car seats in this row. The second time I was able to get an appointment I was just out of neck fusion and had two of my little kids, when after waiting all morning for the van, my pain was unbearable so I went to ask for the courtesy vehicle that was supposed to be available, when I asked Don, he just laughed and said "we haven't had a courtesy vehicle in over 3 1/2 years" I said your salesman told me one would be available for this situation. Not only that when I got done, they charged me the oil change that was supposed to be free, but said the door malfunction is body damage not electrical so they would finance me another $1000 into my loan. I said I don't have extra money for something not covered, all I wanted at this point was the check engine light addressed. So we can safely drive the vehicle. They tried to say we were close to exceeding the daily mile average on the van is why the oil life was depleted, I said we haven't even had 3000 miles on it when it said we had 15% oil life. I had to take my wife to the ER few weeks ago and the van barley made it, it was spitting and sputtering at 75 mph. I got to another AutoZone 7/7/23 printout and had the codes checked again, everything pointed around the first problem. My wife called and said the response of fixing our van is unacceptable and demand she will be bringing it in to central auto sales on 7/10/23. So on 7/7/23 I get another AutoZone code printout. My wife waited all day until finally loosing her patience, so she went to ask Don what was the deal, he told her they are waiting for hire ups to make a decision on the van, so she asked what the diagnosis was? Then Don said #5 misfire and other stuff that the warranty doesn't cover again. She demanded to speak with management several times and was denied or told they were unavailable. She told them, they are responsible for fixing the ride so it's not a safety hazard, since she was unwilling to refinance any of the problems they refused to fix it and was about to let her leave agreeing that is was unsafe. Then they decided to replace the coil on #5 and let her leave. During all this they were trying to find a replacement vehicle when my wife said they didn't have any 8 seaters, they said nevermind. When she left the check engine light came back on( she said the light came on within the time she pulled out of the lot). So I took the van and got another printout of the codes AutoZone checked, once again everything was around the power train, engine and exhaust. I sent several emails over the last three to four months. Since the 14th they ordered us to not drive it anymore until they take it to Orr Honda for a diagnostic test or it will void warranty. Phaeton(service manager) quit few days after I filed a claim through the Attorney General, they also supposed to have fired the salesman who sold me the lies. I'm fully disabled with no vehicle for a family of eight, and didn't even get reimbursed for the half of the month we're not driving the van. read more

I have had my vehicle almost 3 full years and the lot has always been so helpful! I kinda hate that they don't offer free oil changes and more but it's ok I understand their reasoning. The collections dept has always been able to help me the shop has always been there when things go wrong and the sales team is always so friendly and excited to help me when I began shopping for a second vehicle for my family! the van I purchased wouldn't go in reverse, had a leak at the back door causing whatever I had in the back to get wet , and the air wouldnt go off . When I went today to pick it up my belongings , my diamond necklace I got for Mother's Day was missing ! The repo driver who picked it up has pictures that the necklace was still there when he left it at the shop ! Central auto sales sold me a lemon on top of let their employees raid my van , broke my belongings and stoled my diamond necklace ! They refuse to do anything about it besides, tell me to file a police report. read more

Now the 3 Rd time it's the bushing so they say. I believe they are fixing these vehicles like they say they do. The sales person said really snobbish well you know it is used. I hope this service only puts bandages on to keep me coming back for more repairs. Never will we get our oil changed from here again! We finance a car from this place which mean free oil changes and they tried to charge my husband bc they said we had to call in to pay a bill when it's supposed to be direct deposit but their system tries to take it out before our check hits so a few times we had to call . Well every time we got our oil change there was something wrong with our car the last time we got an oil change the side mirror paint was smudged off. All in all this isn't the best place you're better off just going to Walmart and getting your oil change with everything they include with it to have your car treated properly! read more

I will never recommend this car dealership to anyone not even my worst enemy. I bought a car from JP CAPITAL (Central auto sales) in February. I was told nothing was wrong with the car and that the salesmen at central auto were "sh**" that's why they hadn't been able to sale the car. I was unhappy after about two weeks when I noticed the dash was coming apart, there was and is cut wires under the dash and under the seats, the vinyl is coming off in the car (they said they glued it came back up in 30 minutes), when I'm driving my trunk and hood just come up and open, my car is missing and nobody will answer the service department (the only line they answer is for payments, what a joke), when I turn or just hit the slightest bump the car sounds horrendous. Also the car air conditioner decides when it wants to work. It's wonderful in this 100 degree weather we're having. As far as the dash coming apart and the vinyl I was told it's just cosmetic oh well. I went to another dealership to trade this POS in and they told me central auto had no business selling this car for what they did to me or at all and that they couldn't give me anywhere near what I paid for it because it had been in an accident, completely disabled, all airbags deployed. I called Jeff at JP and he said he provided me with the car fax which he did not and it's not in my paperwork, I was also not provided with the window sticker, and he told me contact the service department and I'd have to pay $100 to even get it looked at and I was SOL for transportation in the event they WOULD fix it even with this "warranty" I pay for. I asked could I trade this in for something nicer and more dependable and was told not until three quarters of my loan was paid off. They gladly screw you over with a smile on their face. I have filed a report with the BBB, and will be getting a lawyer. All I want is a dependable, and nice vehicle for the ungodly amount I pay for this 2015 POS. I wouldn't trust them to sale me a bicycle much less a car. I'll be glad when this is paid off and I can go to a dealership that actually cares about their customers! read more

Let me start by saying Rohnda Melissa and Stacey are awesome and to good to be working for this company the warranty is bullshit don't believe the hype no matter how long you had your car you pay a deductible and I didn't and never would for a car I had 1 week I came in a great customer paid my car note a week ahead of time and did everything right my first car was returned the next day because the car was stuck in reverse inside a car wash and police had to help me get out the second car I got I put miles on it to see what all issues it had and guess what over 8 codes showed up I was sent home with a check engine light on 3 times before my car was fixed and after it was fixed I was railroaded with repair charges oh but they will let you finance the repairs and we all know how expensive tags can be guess what they finance that to after you pay half the money for them so the car that was inspected and sold to you as if it was in good working condition I gave the car back and I lost $700 but it's not worth the long term headache SHOUT OUT TO JEREMY FOR TELLING ME I WONT GET CHARGED FOR REPAIRS AND ADDED IT TO MY BALANCE LIKE I WAS NOT ABOUT TO KEEP UP WITH MY BALANCE read more

My Daughter bought a truck from cental auto sales 3925 cental ave Hot Springs Ar. Truck needed altanator and starter repaired every year. Her Truck broke down so she called and had it towed to central auto sales to be repared. After it was there they told her it had to stay untill she paid it off. So she paid it off 6 months later went to pick it up and everything was gone. $1000 worth of cds, all her jewery, and brand new Amp system, two brand new tool sets, and some wires were cut. When ask they said they would view camers and get back with her, never did . i call and to cover their butts they said truck was repoed and they sent a letter telling her she had 30 days to pick her stuff up. I bought my highlander at Central Auto Sales, did good for awhile then it started acting up, just dying on me as I am driving, won't start but would turn over.many men looked at it few said it was the security system thing they put on it to find it should you not make your payment, so I called them and they said they did not put those on their cars,2000.00 later a new battery, new alternater, new fuel pump and what goes with that, it is running, but not for long. now I just got back from the Toyota dealership and with a picture of the crap they pull from under my dash that was duck taped up in there, a system to track my car from the dealer I bought it from. it was fried and was frying the rest of the wires...So if you are considering buying a used car do it somewhere else unless you want to be lied to and taken advantage of.
