They are screwing up people, I had a breakdown of my box truck in Little Rock and the took my truck…read moreto this centre, after I was told that the transmission needs to be changed and the cause of the failure was output shaft , after their repair I drove just 32.000 miles and had the same breakdown in Dallas area, after I took the truck to Southwest International dealer as an Allisson approved dealership to get it fixed under the warranty given by the rush centre. After checking, the Southwest international told me that the cause was the failure of the output shaft which failed because of ride heigh valve failure. Now rush decline to change the transmission under the warranty given by them. I even tried to find a compromise with them and offered that I would pay the other costs besides the transmission, but they declined my offer as well. Please see attached all the proofs that I have showing that they just screwed me up . Be careful and never use their centre as they are treating people in really bad manner and giving a warranty which doesn't cover anything. My truck broke down on August 14th and I was towed in that day. It took them 3 days just to get a…read moretechnician on it to diagnose the problem (which was pretty obvious because the driveshaft was just hanging underneath) and after a week they were still waiting for approval. After a week in a hotel, my company got me a loaner truck and I was in it for 3 weeks. When I called in September I was told my truck would be done when I got there. I arrived on September 14th and had to wait 2 more days before it was actually finished. They are slower than molasses in January to get anything done. They had approval for the repairs to be done in the first week but they fooled around waiting to see who was going to pay for the repairs. They didn't even send the correct pictures of the damage to the warranty company nor did they pay any attention to what I told them happened right before the driveshaft let go. The warranty company had to tell them what to do to try to figure out the root cause and they still did not look in the right location. I feel like they don't care about the drivers that keep them in business or they would listen to us and get their hands dirty and actually LOOK for the cause of the problem not just fix the obvious results.

Service gave me the number for a reasonable hotel with a free shuttle. They couldn't find the issue so next day had to dig deeper. Being new they had to download updates to the service computer. Still nothing. so they got with tech support at the factory, took the factory 2 days to help figure it out. Keep in mind techs get paid by the job not by the hour so this had become a looser 1st day but they stayed on it. Frequent updates by e mail & text, friendly & efficient when I called for specifics. I would use this shop again because I received great service by everybody there.

They pulled my credit multiple times after I asked them not to, which hurt my credit score. Even after I was approved and ready to go, they delayed the delivery of my truck for two weeks, despite telling me several times that it would be there 'tomorrow' or 'in a day or two.' Every time I called, I got a new excuse from Christian and Grant about why it hadn't arrived, stringing me along day after day. Then, when the truck finally arrived, they charged me $1,000 more than originally promised, blaming the increase on shipping and other vague excuses. They handed me the truck on empty, and I almost didn't make it to the nearest gas station. When I called the next day about a broken window, they refused to help, saying, 'It's a used truck, what did you expect?' It's obvious they only care about making a sale and don't take any responsibility for their customers' experience. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer service, avoid this place at all cost.

My car has had problems from the beginning and I was told after a year I could trade it in or refinance, yet they wouldn't let me so they are LIARS. My ac never worked from the beginning, motors in the windows went out so the panels had to be took off so we could get it back up, it constantly beeps, it started overheating, I had to replace the radiator hose. Now it constantly dies and won't even start so I've been late to work the past several mornings! This place will not work with you and they don't care. That 6 month warranty isn't shit cause of coarse everything is gonna go wrong afterwards so don't waste your time making payments on a car that needs constant repairs. I may pay $260 a month, but I've been paying $100 extra a month for over $600 in repairs. $245 went into it for the hose, now I'm looking at a new battery and tire bc I got a flat on top of everything so besides the $10,000 for an 04 vehicle I've about spent $1,000 in repairs. ITS JUST A MONEY PIT, buy something outright if you have to don't waste your time with these ppl.
