I did get to test drive the same model, which was helpful, but the vehicle I originally came to see was priced about $12,000 lower, so it wasn't really comparable. I also asked about another vehicle at a different McClarty location. It took about four hours to receive a response, and by that point I had already scheduled an appointment directly with the other dealership. They went above and beyond to make it right. 2, today I was in for brakes and tires. Thought I needed pads for sure as I have 88k miles and needed rotors turned as they had warped. Now there's many service departments out there that will say you need all kinds of things repaired or replaced, but not Russell...they called to tell me all I needed was the rotors turned and that the pads still had plenty of life left...saving me about a grand. In this day and age finding a service department you can trust is HUGE. Hats off to Russell Chevrolet for getting it right!
