Some of the best Mexican, food in the state. A bit pricy but everything, is, fresh.

Service is horrible, horrendous, terrible, absolutely disgusting, been sitting on here for 2 hours and got a water with no straw.

I went there this evening because there were a couple of things on the menu I liked. Things started out well, good service this time - not like last time I was here months ago. Food was decent, too. But after the manager came in - or owner, I don't know - folks started coming in who were not wearing masks. The first one wanted to know if he had to, manager said no. Then two ladies came in without masks, used the ladies room and left. Then another guy came in without one and was seated. That was enough for me. There are restaurants in this town who are complying with rules above and beyond just separating seating - restaurants who give a damn about their employees and customers. Cactus Jack's in Conway does not fit that paradigm. You can bet my business will go elsewhere. And don't buy into Yelp's rating details. My Wife and I stopped here for Lunch and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The entire Staff seemed to enjoy their Jobs. Our Waiter joked with us and checked on us often. The Food is about the same as most every Chain Restaurants at this price range, but the Service makes this place the better choice. read more

They close at 10 we walked in at 9:10, they said hi welcome what can we do for y'all we(3 of us walked in) we told them we had a party for 12 then they said we are closed sorry so we walk out the door to leave, they unplug there sign and as we are pulling out of there parking lot then they plug it back in. 0/10 costumer service read more

We came for lunch on a Sunday. The little senioritas (servers) were rude. One refilled my husband's glass and left mine empty. Service was turtle slow and the food was unremarkable. I had to use the restroom while I was there and there were 7 toilet mints hanging all over the stalls in the ladies room. The smell of toilet mint was so strong that it took my breath away upon entering! It was like driving thru Jersey with the windows down! My husband reported the same thing in the men's room. 7 toilet mints...just hanging from the stalls!!! Our experience was unpleasant from start to finish. We couldn't wait to exit but hope someone explains the toilet mint thing to these people. read more

It's not on the menu, but I asked for ceviche and they made some especially for me! I also appreciate the Amber Dos Equis on tap. Nice atmosphere and not over the top on decor, as many Mexican restaurants usually are. read more

The food is ok but the price is ridiculous. I tried to order some food because I can't leave work and I paid 10$ for one singular taco and my food was absolutely terrible. I spent 100$ for three people and that's one cheese dip when we ordered two one taco fajita meat and three tortillas with one chicken taco salad which by the way all of it was absolutely mush by the time it got to my work place. I've tried giving this place multiple chances but honestly I'm over it. read more

The best thing on the menu is the Fajita Chicken Chimichanga, the rest of the food is good but can't touch that chimi. If you have any issues at all ask for David (Fluffy) he's the manager and is the best. They do have a full bat and karaoke on Thursdays that you can even take your kids to. read more

Went here on 2-24-18 for lunch around noon. service was ok, although our waiter I saw playing on his phone quite a bit and not keeping an​ eye on his people 100% of the time. food quality is where I​ give it the 2 stars. first of all, ***HAIR SHOULD NOT BE IN YOUR DISH***, I ordered tacos and didn't come across any but my other half ordered a type of soup and she picked 2 pieces of hair from it before we decided to leave. absolutely disgusting, we will not be returning, food was good overall JUST CHECK FOR HAIR OR WHATEVER ELSE MAY BE PUT INTO IT while being cooked. read more

The chips and queso here are fabulous! The margaritas are reasonably priced and delicious. The menu is diverse and had some authentic choices on it. The wait staff was helpful in making a good choice for what you are wanting to eat that day and the everythi g I tasted was good. The worst service. I told them that I was allergic to beans and to not put beans on anything. My food comes out and low and behold they put beans on everything I had and then extra and charged us for the extra beans even after we told them we didn't order that. Their card reader was down and asked if we had cash or checks and we said neither so they said that we could just go ahead and go. Then following day we saw that they then charged us three times for our meal and we asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give it to us cause we couldn't prove that we didn't order that meal three times. They also stole money from our friends and we didn't catch it until after the dinner. Terrible place terrible service. And their food is super bland. read more

Alright this place was ok there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. I understand that they only had 2 waitresses but there was no one in the restaurant. By the time I got my food it was warm but not hot. It tasted like it had been sitting on the rack ready to come out for at least 5 minutes if I must say one positive, it was that the cheese dip was excellent. It is the reason this place gets a 2 star and not a 1 star. Oh and one more thing when I tried to pay it took me telling the waitress 2 times to get my check and when I got it I waited another 5 minutes and eventually had the other waitress in the restaurant run my card for me it was a disaster and I would not reccomend going there with a group. read more

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Conway (besides Cinco de Mayo of course!). This place has an awesome fish tank and a fun wait staff. Their margaritas are delicious and I love the shrimp here. The prices seem a little high, but the food is tasty. I haven't been here for dinner yet, just lunch, but I'm sure it's a blast! read more

This place had 1 server on Christmas Day. So as expected, everything took for ever. This is the reason for 2 stars. If you are going to be open on a holiday you should be prepared for a crowd. Don't treat me like I'm crazy for not wanting to cook dinner. The beer was cold though I had to go get it myself because our server was busy with the rest of the restaurant. I live in south Texas (valley) and I feel like I can say I'm a pretty good judge of Mexican food. We stopped in this restaurant one day when we were in town and it was amazing. It was clean and the service was great. The food came out hot and fresh. The Cactus Jack burrito is probably the best burrito I have ever had. This is an amazing restaurant. The dood is awesome! I recommend the "Sopa De Pollo." The waiters are very helpful and the atmosphere is super family friendly! Karaoke nights (Thursdays) are the busiest but the workers manage to stay on task of everybody. I recommend coming here if you never have! 5/5!! read more

Both my wife and I ate there at 1 PM on Sep 13, 16 and we both ended up getting sick. I had Number 11 (enchiladas) and my wife had Number 1 (Burrito) with cheese sauce, beans and rice. Will not eat there again. read more
