My boyfriend had mercy and didn't call the police but simply flipped him off, which should have been the end of it. But the employee got out of the truck and approached us threateningly and said "I'm gonna kick your ass, boy!" I said I was dialing 911 and he turned and came after me, until I pretended I was talking to the dispatcher, when he decided to run back to his truck and drive off. So we both went in the Napa store told the manager what happened. The manager said "I don't know what you're talking about" in a tone dripping with sarcasm. When we said we'd call corporate, he said there was no corporate office and no one over his head. I found the corporate number in less than a minute. These people are animals, they do not care about customers or even their reputation, and I can even safely say and they are dangerous. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior from an individual, let alone someone representing a company.

I just went to buy cigarettes and the package had a coupon on it so they said " since there is a coupon, we won't give you the other discount". I told them that would cost more than the price they have posted everywhere and they are supposed to honor the posted price. Their response was "were telling you that you aren't getting the discount so that's all we have to do". This isn't the first time they have charged me more than what they have posted. Don't trust them!!!
