I cancelled my gap insurance over two months ago (today is 12/5/2025) and received an email (11/12/2025) stating "the cancellation check will be signed on Monday. Absolute joke of a store manager. I hope nobody else needs Hayden's assistance in the future.

I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.

I was pleasantly surprised. Keelan, you are an exemplary young, polite, generous man with your time and patience. Jimmy, thank you for speaking to my Diesel mechanic back home. I'm glad he inquired about the warranty Smart Ford offers. I was pleased to hear there is NO Cap like other 3rd party warranty options. He answered every text throughout the process and even let me wander off while I shopped other car brands. He checked in with me from time to time and was always so pleasant and polite. There was never any pressure - not even on the day I did a test drive. He understood I had other brands I wanted to rule out before making my decision. Dustin also didn't play games which I appreciated the most. I've bought about 16 cars over the years, and I've met some annoying and arrogant sales people. Dustin is one of the best, and he seems like he's just a nice guy This week I decided I would pull the trigger. He got my paperwork started via text so that I didn't have to wait a long time when I got to town. He helped me learn the features of my new car and sent me on my way. It was super easy. I'm excited about my new car, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. My fingers are crossed their service department is just as helpful.
