While they were replacing the belt, they noticed my alternator belt was seriously decrepit. They replaced the alternator belt right on the spot since the engine was already open. He had a fast reply after I inquired about a mobile mechanic here last Monday. Stayed in contact but was forgetful even with text messages. Flexible hours. I paid for my parts ahead of visit. That was my decision. He offered to pick one up. He was very quick replacing the alternator and knowledgeable. After replacing alternator we discovered that we needed a new battery. He offered to pick it up. I chose to buy the battery online and then had it brought to the car for us (I'm under doctors orders to not lift anything over 5 pounds or else I would have done the entire repair). We agreed that he would return to replace the battery for me. I texted him telling him we received the battery and we are ready for him when he's done with a quick fix on the next all. Well, he never showed up! There goes his Yelp rating and recommendation.

The lady called me back later and said she looked it up and that they can't do that. Why would she look that up for a simple question of do you have it or not, unless you panicked after you stole it. Just like they looked up how to factory reset it to get around the lock out code on it. Our safety lady returned to work today and pulled the Samsara inward and outward facing cameras that also have parking mode enabled. And I have clear video of the theft as well. It can't be denied. And will be perusing legal action if it and my headset that was taken on the video are not securely packaged and express overnighted to my house.
