The second young man was the one my son had spoken to on the phone and asked him to set aside my order. He completed the checkout and handed me my receipt. As I took the receipt, Colby said, "Mam, would you like me to put these on for you?" I told him I had considered asking him but it was way too hot. He smiled and said, "No, Mam. I can get this done in a couple of minutes" and he headed out the door. As soon as he finished, he said, "See, that didn't take long." I cannot tell you how impressed I was by the behavior of both young men. They are a wonderful asset to O'Reilly's reputation. I think they are both worthy of a raise (or at least a bonus). They absolutely made my day!!

But the employee got out of the truck and approached us threateningly and said "I'm gonna kick your ass, boy!" I said I was dialing 911 and he turned and came after me, until I pretended I was talking to the dispatcher, when he decided to run back to his truck and drive off. So we both went in the Napa store told the manager what happened. The manager said "I don't know what you're talking about" in a tone dripping with sarcasm. When we said we'd call corporate, he said there was no corporate office and no one over his head. I found the corporate number in less than a minute. These people are animals, they do not care about customers or even their reputation, and I can even safely say and they are dangerous. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior from an individual, let alone someone representing a company.

Their response was "were telling you that you aren't getting the discount so that's all we have to do". This isn't the first time they have charged me more than what they have posted.
