I wrote a disgruntled review and said that I felt like this company was trying to rip me off. I was…read morecalled by a general manager named Jordan and I retract my comment. Mistakes are human nature and are committed on both sides..

Sorry for the long post! On 5.22 I signed paperwork for a…read morevehicle. I used my Tahoe as a trade in and owed roughly 1500 on and that they would pay it off. We knew we would not be able to drive the vehicle home due to still needing repairs and they put us in a loaner, so no big deal. The vehicle was in their shop for NINE days due to "someone ordering the wrong" rotors/breaks and then waiting for the correct ones. 5.31 I pick it up and drive it home which is 10 minutes from the dealership. The next morning I get in the car and receive a message saying "service motor" and to "see dealership." I was told to bring it by Monday, so I did. They put me in the same loaner. I hear nothing until 6.7 when I CALLED them. I was told it was the transmission and a new one had been ordered. 6.11 I got a call letting me know that payment for the Tahoe still had not been received. I went to the dealership and talked to Cary. He assured me payment had been sent. I told him that I was unhappy. He said that if I did not have the vehicle by my payment due date which was 7.6 that they would make that payment. Ok fine, I got it in writing just in case. The calls kept coming about the payment for the Tahoe so I called the dealership and talked to a lady named Kat, who again assured me that the payment had been made. Calls for payment on the Tahoe continued. On 6.25 after receiving yet another call, I discovered that the payment had been sent in, but it was sent to the wrong bank and applied to my wife's loan. I go back to the dealership and ask to speak to the GM. I was told that he was busy but he would be out in a minute. After waiting for 20 minutes or so, I get a phone call. The GM, Shiloh, called Cary on his DAY OFF to talk to me. I explained that the payment was applied to the wrong car. Since it was his off day there wasn't much he could do. He did let me know that the shop manager would be out soon. I waited for another 15-20 and Frank, another sales guy comes out to talk to me. I explain the situation AGAIN and am met with excuses, one of which is their systems are down. Apparently they were hacked. He said that he can undo the contract and get my car back for me, meaning my trade in. I tell him that isn't what I want. He said that he would figure it out and get back with me. I never did talk to GM or shop manager. The next morning, however, I got a call from the shop manager, Adam. He tells me that they had trouble finding a new transmission until a few days prior but it had now been ordered. Excuse me?!? I was told that the the transmission had already been ordered. He then tells me that when they replaced the breaks/rotors they also had to replace the CV axel and while that was being done they noticed that the transmission could be a problem but they "didn't think it would happen so soon." I have been lied to about what is wrong with the vehicle from the start. At this point I don't want the vehicle. I contacted Frank and tell him that since he offered to break the contract before then i wanted something different. He told me that my trade in had been sold but he would see what he could do. He asked me to give him the weekend. Systems were still down through Wednesday but I got confirmation that payment had been made for trade in. It is now 6.8 and I get a call from the bank for the new vehicle letting me know that payment has not been received. Another trip to the dealership. I am told that payment has been made but there is nothing they can do about putting me in another car. The GM basically said that I had to take the car that papers were signed on. So, my credit is now in the gutter after working so hard to repair it and I am told that I have to keep the vehicle that I have constantly been lied to about and I do not trust. How is any of this fair?!? Yes, they did put me in a loaner and paid the first payment but it was their fault! I should have read all reviews before I went If you read the entire post, thank you. I know it is a long one! McLarty Nissan of Benton
