Called the number twice, then got a message to use text. Ok did that, detailing location and and general issue .....no response for 15 minutes. Texted again for confirmation and possible ETA and was told "it's raining, we would need to be towed to his location". It wasn't raining. Said he would call us back; but didn't. SO, we finally managed to limp the car to "Chad's" only to find lights on/no one home. Texted again to let him know we had arrived. Waited 20 minutes or so, then started calling other shops for help. NEVER RECEIVED THE COURTESY OF AN ANSWER FROM THIS Chad CHARACTER until at least 45 minutes after arriving at his location. His response "sorry i missed you ". His place is a total dump/disaster area with garbage (empty drink containers, dozens of coolant containers, parts mixed with tools, dozens of dead cars, broken stuff) everywhere. It looks like he definitely knows how to tear things apart; but there was absolutely nothing organized or finished going on here. It appears this is the first review on yelp. We believe any reviews on this business's website are phony posts intended to attract the unaware. Do yourself a favor and bypass this one

He had a fast reply after I inquired about a mobile mechanic here last Monday. Stayed in contact but was forgetful even with text messages. Flexible hours. I paid for my parts ahead of visit. That was my decision. He offered to pick one up. He was very quick replacing the alternator and knowledgeable. After replacing alternator we discovered that we needed a new battery. He offered to pick it up. I chose to buy the battery online and then had it brought to the car for us (I'm under doctors orders to not lift anything over 5 pounds or else I would have done the entire repair). We agreed that he would return to replace the battery for me. I texted him telling him we received the battery and we are ready for him when he's done with a quick fix on the next all.
