I didn't use them but they responded quickly and were ready to come and service the brakes on my truck. However, I didn't realize how high the cost of brake replacement had become since I have always had my family to rely on. So I could not afford to pay him. But if I had the money I would definitely had the guy come out! He was very polite and understanding about the whole thing.
