I want to write a bit of a lengthy review because I really appreciate the folks at Harris 10 Minit…read moreLube. To make a long story short, they've really gone out of there way on more than one occasion to help me with car issues. The workers and management here are kind, professional, and really just care about helping customers with their vehicles. The first story was earlier this year with my wife's car. We drove to church on Sunday and noticed that there was a ticking sound in the engine. Walmart was the only oil change place in town that was open, so I took it there. After looking at it for a good 45 minutes, they refused even to put oil in it. They said it was "definitely a rod knock," and "the oil filter is a cheap off brand and is leaking so we can't look at it." Anyway, I was pretty nervous after that. My wife was pretty sure the last place she got her oil changed was here at Harris, so Monday morning I called them up. I let them know the situation, and the manager came to my apartment and put oil in it for me so I didn't have to drive it, potentially dangerously. Upon looking at the filter, he said it wasn't leaking, there was just a bit of residue on it. Also, they didn't use those filters so my wife hadn't actually been there for her last oil change. Despite that, they still took care of us and helped us. It wasn't a rod knock by the way, it just needed a bit of oil. The second story happened just yesterday. I'm borrowing a family vehicle at the moment, and my family asked if I could get the oil changed while I have it. I took it in, and immediately there was a problem. The oil plug wasn't coming out. The threads were stripped from the last place my family had taken it. The worker started explaining to me that I should take it where it was serviced last because of the stripped bolt. The manager heard this, and came over to talk to me. I explained that it wasn't my vehicle, I wasn't sure where it was serviced last, and it was definitely not in town. He then took care of it himself. After working at it for a few minutes. he got the stripped bolt out, had to tap in new threads, and put in a new plug. He didn't have to do all of that, especially since they could have turned me away and avoided all responsibility. They didn't. They fixed the problem for me quickly, when they didn't need to per their policies, and for a very fair price. They really distinguish themselves from other auto service businesses I've gone to. I really appreciate the workers here and highly recommend their services!

EDIT: Victoria requested that I give her a call to discuss the issue I had today and I have now…read moretried to call 11 times and every single time you call the number it asked you if you have a service issue and when I click the appropriate button it puts you on hold and then hangs you up every single time. Why am I not surprised? So then I tried to call their corporate number directly and the same thing happens. Give it a whirl yourself, you can't get through to a human being and it sure looks like they're just trying to make themselves look like they care about Customer Service by posting a little note here but not bothering to follow up with me directly. That location has all of my information, including my phone number and email address. If they wanted to reach out to me they could, but I don't think this is a legit concern of theirs. But it should be. ------------- I don't know what happened to my old review which was fabulous from last October 20 24 but my God was the experience a complete turnout today. I pulled in simply looking to get my 2016 BMW 328. I oil change and a radiator flush. That was at least a couple hundred dollars worth of work for them. The old staff was nowhere to be seen and in their place for two gentlemen, one of him cussed like a sailor throughout the entire process of working on the car in front of me. He even apologized. It was getting so bad and I don't have real thin skin, but after a while, the language becomes highly unprofessional and is not appropriate for the workplace. Put it this way, it didn't bug me so much but if I'd had my grandkids in the car, there words. Anyway, I understand people have bad days so I let it slide right along with the nearly 30 minute wait with no one else in sight except the lady in the SUV next to me. If you have three bays, then you should have at least enough people to cover two of those bays but here was Kevin & Scott wandering around pounding on stuff, throwing tools & cussing like a sailor while making the other woman & I nervous wondering what we'd gotten ourselves into. She finally pulls away and they can't figure out how to get my hood opened, all you gotta do is pull twice on the handle just like any other BMW. Then one of them gets under the car and starts wanking on my drain plug while the other, one bumbles around with the oil filter tool, dropping stuff in my engine bay onto the guy below and finally becoming livid because the oil filter their system suggested does not work with my car. Now they're back at my window telling me not only can they not get my oil plug off because they don't have the right tool, the same tool that they had the last two times I was here, but the oil filter is wrong and they do not have one in stock. The one who appeared to be the manager who I think is Scott assured me that he was not able to get my oil drain loose, so there was no oil wash. My car is not burning oil, but he insisted on adding a quart. Even though I told him not to because it can be bad if you overfill your oil. I'm now parked waiting to get an oil change elsewhere because I'm terrified to drive the car and blow the motor up. He swore up and down it wasn't leaking, but I pulled over as soon as I left and it was indeed leaking pretty good and it was not leaking before hand. This car has been Treated like a cream puff and is in fantastic shape so I'm pretty upset that these 2 Bumbled Their Way into what appears to be a good oil leak at the very least. I think the copper came when they swore up-and-down that I was nowhere in their system yet I was handing them an electronic coupon because I receive coupons weekly from take five.... BECAUSE I'VE BEEN HERE TWO TIMES BEFORE HAND. But they insisted that I was nowhere in their system and then Kevin began demanding to see my receipt for my previous visits. I drive this car may be 5000 miles a year and I was here last November. I showed him all the emails that I've gotten over the last year and I would not have gotten those if I weren't in their system i.e. if I weren't already a customer. He demanded, literally demanded to see a printed receipt to which my response was it's not 1953. I don't cart receipts around for a year for an oil change. He thought I was being rude, but I thought he had already been rude and I was just giving him a little bit of the same energy. Needless to say, I pulled off and I'll never be back. I don't know what the heck happened here, but I went from having the absolute best automotive experience with cake five last November to wanting to just go ahead and squirt, hot oil all over these two dangling because I don't think either one of them could wipe their butt if you held their cheeks for them.

I purchase tires for all of my vehicles here, period. Their customer service is consistently outstanding. And, they offer many other services for your vehicle as well. Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate! It just may be a concern for some who may view this review. In summary, great company and very friendly and super competent staff.
