I really do love this company! Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service advisors are very friendly and they do a GREAT job of helping you find the tire that is just right for your vehicle. I purchase tires for all of my vehicles here, period. Their customer service is consistently outstanding. And, they offer many other services for your vehicle as well. Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate! Good family ambience from the front desk all the way back with the mechanics that actually doing the work going above and beyond the little pay task. Rotate, balance and full inspection they recommended new front shocks they are in the process of installing it everything under 30 min They put me on the schedule for a full front alignment as well these guys are the best. read more

I could not be more impressed with the service I got today from Tire Town! My family has done business with this company for years and they have always been timely and friendly and fantastic! Today, however, they went above and beyond. As I imagine most people do, I chose convenience over practicality to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was told by another shop that my tires were "nearly bald and needed immediate replacing". I know next to nothing about cars and took the mechanic at his word. When the quote for new tires sounded a bit high I decided to get a second opinion. That's when I called Tire Town in Benton. David Howard answered on the first ring and not only quickly gave me prices and options but offered to take a closer look at my tires to make sure I actually needed a new set so I would not just be wasting my money. This is where I was thoroughly impressed, when I entered the shop a good fifteen to twenty minutes later he recognized me by my voice right away, he immediately took my keys and got my car right up on the rack. After a close inspection, he and the other mechanics actually took me outside to look and touch the tires and explained exactly how I would know by the tread when I would need to start thinking about replacing them. Then they rotated my tires.. for free! I will never again take my business anywhere else but Tire Town, Benton. Everyone I encountered was professional, friendly and helpful. I've used this placed for numerous years that why it takes a toll on me to have to post this review typically I've always been fairly satisfied with the work and the tires that come from this place even for used ones that I put on my work vehicle but today something came to my attention that became very disturbing twice within the last month I took my vehicle to get it aligned. I left it all afternoon. Came to pick it up later. Normally tire town has the best deal on four wheel. Alignment and I was happen to work in the area so it was a win-win..... well AnyWho I had Just replaced my rear tires a couple of days before and typically when I go to a used tire shop. I always watch what I put on my car to make sure it's the proper tire. The typical tire for my vehicle is a 245 or 235, 4518.... And I always watch the tire. What's on to look at the treadwear and everything again this is a used work vehicle. And typically at a used tire shop. They will show you the tire that they're giving you when they put it on Well after I got my last alignment on done by Tire town a little over a week ago I've been noticing that my rear tires on both sides have been slow leaking air. Well, today I was working and found a used tire place. They happen to be open and I was going to replace the one on the rear passenger side because it's leaking here at a rate of every 12 hours well as the gentleman was getting ready to put a tire on my vehicle. I happen to notice that the two rear tires were a total different size and perimeter from the my front tires... they were 215 55 18s. That was on both sides of my vehicle. A totally unrelated perimeter. A totally unrelated size from the standard OEM....... So I found out I had Miss-match tires from the front and the back. Typically I would not make the accusation against this place because they have usually been fairly competent and upfront but if I had an alignment, why was I not told that I had mismatch in tires typically you usually can't put mismatch and tires on the vehicle and have a proper alignment, and they were the only place that I had with my vehicle was out of my sight for an extended period of time, so the only thing I can assume is my nicer rear tires were taken off my vehicle and probably sold off on another vehicle as a good quality used tire. I'm going to make it known to customers need to beware because how often do people really look at their tires unless they have problems with them??? so yes, we are going to deduct two stars for this business and I'm going to suggest next time if I decide to use them again, I'm going to be paying attention to how my vehicle comes to the business versus how it leaves read more

This is a nice, friendly place to come and get your vehicles needs! I've ordered tires online and they didn't treat me any different than if I had bought them from their shop....business is business-big OR small. Reasonable rates, nice technicians and front counter customer service folks.....and they've recently started oil changes-I'm not sure if you need an appointment for that service or not....good luck and hope this helps your decision. read more

Besides selling tires, they also do mechanic work Monday through Fridays. You might think the tire guys would do oil changes, but no, you cannot get your oil changed on Saturdays. I do not know if they are good at diagnosing complicated problems, but they can replace many parts that routinely go bad. They have a nice waiting room and the front office is usually well staffed by friendly and helpful people. It is best to call ahead for an appointment. If you need something besides tires, they will probably transfer you to the shop. read more

Have had nothing but great service here and have bought probably 3-4 sets of tires here for our household. Free tire rotation with tire purchases for the life of the tires. Glad to have this place in town. read more
