I purchase tires for all of my vehicles here, period. Their customer service is consistently outstanding. And, they offer many other services for your vehicle as well. Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate! It just may be a concern for some who may view this review. In summary, great company and very friendly and super competent staff.

The job was done right and at a price that was very reasonable for the quality of work. It's clear these guys know diesels and stand behind what they do.     Deceptive practice, questionable service 1. Engine oil was…read moregrossly overfilled during oil change. Pressure was very low, engine performed poorly, stop engine alert was tripped. Issue identified & corrected by another shop while traveling. Averted major engine damage. 2. Vehicle was hit (damaged) while in for service. I was not told of the damage when I picked up vehicle. The shop tried to conceal the damage and replace damaged parts with used parts, thinking o would not notice. I had to notify the shop of damage myself when I got home & did my inspection. I found body damage to the fiberglass, used parts that had a marred finish and missing pieces to a replaced mirror along with many wires, screws & nuts and rags left on top of the generator, where they forgot to clean up their mistake. Neither the owner nor office manager advised of the incident, instead parking my vehicle way out in the far corner of the lot. Electrical control switches were also crossed - wired backwards. Only when confronted by me did owner admit it had been hit. Owner agreed to have body damage fixed. I did not get a new mirror as a replacement & don't know what other damage may have been done. It's been several months since repairs were performed. Body work performed by 3rd party okay but protective shield not installed well. When I went to pick up the RV, one of their technicians had to rewire one of the control switches that was not working correctly. During that repair, he made many negative comments to me about the quality of the RV, even though it is in excellent condition, is not that old and has low miles (during a previous maintenance visit, even the owner had commented how nice it was and that he might be interested in buying it when I was ready to sell it). Overall, a bad experience. Have not heard from the since! I realize accidents & mistakes happen, but trying to conceal them & not notifying the customer is bad business. I do not recommend this shop. Not trustworthy.

    DO NOT GO TO JJs Transmission - Alexander, AR…read more I dropped my vehicle off on January 15 after being told the transmission rebuild would take 2-3 days. Instead, the business kept my car until March 6, nearly two months. Communication was poor throughout the entire experience. From the beginning, phone calls were not answered and the voicemail box was full, so messages could not be left. My dad had to go to the shop in person multiple times just to get updates. There were instances where he went to the shop in person and the business was locked, preventing customers from entering, even though individuals were inside. On multiple occasions, I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup when it was not. In total, I picked up the vehicle THREE separate times after being told it was repaired. Each time, the transmission was still not functioning properly. I have video evidence showing that the vehicle was not drivable and could barely make it out of the driveway and down the road after pickup. On February 4, I picked up my vehicle after paying $3,155 in cash. Immediately after leaving the shop, the transmission was not shifting properly and the engine was revving loudly. I returned the vehicle right away. The only action taken at that time was adding transmission fluid, which did not fix the issue. They then kept my car again until March 6. When I picked it up, I was again led to believe the issue was resolved. However, on March 13, the vehicle broke down in the middle of the road and had to be towed. I'm thankful I wasn't on the freeway & didn't have cars around me. I could have been seriously injured. When I contacted the business after the breakdown, I was told they had someone in my area who could fix it and that I would receive a call back immediately. I never received a call back, and multiple attempts to contact them after that went unanswered. The only receipt I have ever received was given to me the first time I picked up the vehicle. It is handwritten, difficult to read, and does not clearly list what work was performed. I was told to take a photo of the receipt and that the owner's wife would email me a proper copy along with warranty information. I provided my email address but never received anything. The receipt also contains conflicting warranty terms, stating both "12 month warranty" and "12,000 mile warranty," and includes incorrect mileage that is significantly higher than the actual mileage on my vehicle. I later learned that a second transmission had been installed in my vehicle without my knowledge or consent. I originally paid for a rebuild of my existing transmission. The business also claimed to be a member of the Better Business Bureau, which I later found to be a LIE. These people are dishonest, unreliable, & unsafe.I'm now almost at $4,000 in repairs and towing for a car that still doesn't work. I lspent so much money on this I don't have the expenses to buy one at this time.

    I paid $2, 700 for a transmission to be pulled out and rebuilt. They never even pulled it, lied…read moreabout bad parts, and while my jeep is there,for it's third return for problems, a wrecker from another shop backed into it and totaled it!!! I finally got $2700 for my jeep from the folks who wrecked it, so I got basically my rig stolen without insurance coverage. Lying thieves with no honor, integrity, or character. Only a fool would do business with them or there buddies business too.
