Only 2 employees working here today and I came in behind a truck that was already being worked on so I was next. Holy smokes this crew is slow. They were understaffed but that doesn't excuse the poor experience. Talked about other employees sleeping with management, (that came from Alisha talking about another Store Manager), problems with the company and poor systems they were forced to use, complained about the guy's truck they were working on, complained about the tools, talked about breaking their foot off in somebody's a$$ and basically just slowly poked about their work like this was Take and hour instead of Take5. The guy in the well asked for tools to be handed down to him, (4 times!) rags to be handed down, complained about busting his knuckles and at one point I heard him say 'yikes!...damn oil is running all down the frame rail". Three cars pulled in behind me and left. I wish I'd have never came here. Shouldn't take an hour to get your oil changed at a Take5. (But I did get a free bottle water and it was cold). Shouldn't have to listen to disgruntled employees complain the whole time and discuss personal matters. Shouldn't have to listen to the employee complain about MY vehicle. Alisha popped the hood and went on and on saying, " oh my God, oh my God, oh my God I hate this." (Pretty sure this crew hates their jobs). I will never come back to this location and I'd highly recommend avoiding this one. It's 100% the worst I've ever experienced and I've been to some bad places. Take5 as a whole has always been solid so I'm sure this is simply a case of needing to swap out to better employees....and they'd better do so quickly because no one that comes and experiences this will ever return.

I have been working a lot, drove my car until the oil change light came on. They try to sell me new air filters. I said, jsut do the basic oil change, I'll get it next time. Before I know it, they are saying "get it on camera so if her car breaks down on the way home, we won't be blamed? WTH? Don't upsell, threaten and and try to scare me. My car is a 2025, it's not like I'm driving a hooptie. Then the manager tries to scold me, "If you're going to have a car, you need to take care of it." I went off. He did the work without telling me he wouldn't accept the warranty, then once I asked why, he said "I can take it out if you want." Went there with a slight rattle too and they didn't fix it either. I saw it as soon as I walked out of the waiting room to get in and pointed it out. When I asked to see the video the very young looking manager on duty watched part of it without letting me see it. When I walked back to look I immediately noticed that the video was aimed at the passenger side. I was told that was the only camera working. They completely denied it. It is bad enough I would have seen it before. I've been a customer there for years but am Never going back unless they make this right.

I purchase tires for all of my vehicles here, period. Their customer service is consistently outstanding. And, they offer many other services for your vehicle as well. Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate! That's all I have to say the customer service is terrible and the quality of the wash wasn't good at all we still had dirt on our wheals and the fenders and the vacuums don't work so I would not recommend going to this car wash I would much prefer driving extra and going to the one in Bryant.

I have a 125,000-mile extended warranty, yet I was charged and told the repair was not covered. I also brought up an oil leak and was told that wasn't covered either. What made the situation worse was the way Baron handled it. In my experience, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed very little concern about helping me understand why these issues supposedly weren't covered under the extended warranty I paid for. I don't expect every repair to automatically be covered, but I do expect a service advisor to treat customers with respect, clearly explain warranty decisions, and make an effort to help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After purchasing an extended warranty specifically to protect myself from expensive repairs, this experience has been very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from Everett GMC.
