Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate! I asked the price....$164.00. I left and called Big Jakes and spoke to Casey ( I highly recommend him ), and got the price of the tire from him. It was the same price as Ramsey. I had him order the tire and went in to have it installed the next day. I asked Casey to look at my old tire and let me know if it could be repaired. After looking at it he said "Sure, we can repair it". The repair cost was $10.00 saving me $154.00. Casey said he would hold the new tire for a week in case the repair did not hold and if it did not he would credit me the $10.00 repair fee against the cost of the tire. The repair has held for months. Now that is service from honest people.

The owner was not prompt in contacting me, refused to compensate me for the diagnostic fee ($118) at a certified Toyota service center, never offered a loaner or rental vehicle for the 2 weeks it took to complete the repairs, and then refused to refund me for the original tire rotation (this is the service they messed up on by not putting a tire back on)! Not only could this have resulted in a dangerous accident, but the shop owner was unprofessional and did the bare minimum to correct his mistakes.
