I purchase tires for all of my vehicles here, period. Their customer service is consistently outstanding. And, they offer many other services for your vehicle as well. Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate! It just may be a concern for some who may view this review. In summary, great company and very friendly and super competent staff.

I was charged $300 for spark plugs. When I questioned the service advisor about it, he acted as though that was reasonable. I showed him that they only cost 1/4 of that. He claimed "that's how the system does it." Regardless, how does a service advisor not know that spark plugs don't cost $40 a piece... I didn't even mention the overcharge for the wires or that I was charged for 13 quarts of oil for my oil change or any of the other questionable charges after that. I later received a phone call from a manager who wanted to "make the situation right." They credited me back the overcharge for the plugs but I could tell that the manager was unhappy that he had to do that so I didn't mention anything else. Sad to see what this place has become. I just accepted it as a loss and a lesson learned. I won't be back. It's unfortunate because this used to be a very reputable and trustworthy place. Just beware of this place. It's either they are trying to take advantage of folks, or it's incompetence at your expense. I'm not sure which is worse.

My 2018 GMC Sierra had mechanical issues one evening two weeks ago and I took it to Everett the…read morenext day which was Saturday. I knew that I wouldn't hear anything over the weekend and on Monday morning they called. Caleb, our service advisor, said that a lifter had failed and caused extensive damage to the motor. I thought I luckily had an extended warranty and Caleb said he would submit it for authorization for repairs. The warranty company requested photos of the damaged parts and I had to authorize the teardown in the event it wasn't covered. I consented and it was torn down and photos were submitted. The warranty company then requested receipts from all of the oil changes going back to 2023, which I had and submitted. I without fail always have my oil changed on time. The warranty company then came back and said they were sending out an inspector to look at the parts. Finally, the inspector arrived and agreed that it should be covered and submitted his recommendation and then one day later the work was authorized. Everett GMC's service advisor Caleb always called me with updates every step of the way. This process happened over a two week time. I became frustrated at why it took the warranty company so long to approve the repairs but Caleb never shied away from calling me. Today, I picked up my repaired vehicle and everything is fixed and what a relief to have a great customer experience from the dealership. I could have had my truck serviced at a dealership closer to my home but I will go to Everett from here on out.
