I trust Jason the owner. He is always on sight. He is so honest and will tell you exactly what you need or what you don't need. He has been my mechanic for many years. I have a 2006 Honda CRV and it runs like a dream. I have taken it to dealers' mechanics and they tell me what all it needs, etc, etc. They give me a list of all kinds of things but I take it to Posey's and he tells me what I really need. So thankful to have a mechanic like him. So trustworthy. He is always in the conservative side. Not trying to spend any more money than you have to. read more

However, after having their technician access my vehicle I was told that my part did not needed to be replaced at this time saving me almost $300. I was driving through on my way to school from Texas to St. Louis, Missouri and needed an oil change. Called ahead and talked to Justin and they had everything set up for me when I got there. They had the cleanest waiting area and offered coffee, free wifi, TV, charging cables for a phone and even had a small business center with computer access if I needed it. Gave me an update on my air filters, anything else that would need maintenance on my car soon, and also cleaned my windows for me (there was a little bit of bird poop on them ) Turned out I had a piece of metal in my tire and they patched it up so I wouldn't get a flat in the middle of nowhere on my drive. I was in and out within 35 minutes!!!! Everyone was extremely friendly, very welcoming, and exemplified the concept of southern hospitality, which is rare nowadays. Many auto services I go to are standoffish, sometimes rude, and I have to wait for over an hour for service so Posey's was a breath of fresh air. If I'm ever swinging through and need any services for my car I will be coming back. For a college student who was in a hurry and doesn't know much about cars, they really helped me out. This is the go to spot for auto repair. This shop is reasonably priced and the cleanest auto repair shop I have every been in. This is my first time here. The mechanic who took care of our car supposedly replaced our starter (I would imagine it was a new one???) April of 2015. Not even one year later, the starter has gone out. Luckily it was within the warranty, but I'm shocked that a reputable establishment would put in a less than top quality part. read more

Please stay clear of Posey's. I drove my honda to the shop to have preventive maintenance. Honda says to have your timing belt replaced at 80000 miles. Now my car is on a tow truck because the pistons were slapping my engine on my way home from the service center! Great job poseys in royally messing up my car! They better make it right! Beware they scammed my wife. Asked to have roters turned. $70 Ended up with a fresh cut cv boot and noise coming from my rotor. I will never trust this shop Car was completely checked before the work performed. Cost me $350 when finished and I still need the rotors turned. Scamers read more

I went there for the first time recently and I've got to say I've never seen costumer service this good at a place like this. My family and had to sit and wait on my vehicle to be serviced and they did everything they could to make us comfortable. Even gave us the remote to the Netflix so we could turn cartoons on for my 7 month old. Also very knowledgable staff, it seems like everybody in there specializes in something. I asked a lot of questions about my old and new vehicles, and they had an answer for everything. I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on. read more

I took my car in for an engine coolant change, and to look into a noise coming from the rear of the car. Everyone was very courteous and willing to help me, and the shop didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee to check the noise. The shop and waiting area were by far the cleanest I've ever been in, and they had super fast wifi in the waiting area. This was my first time there, and I'll definitely be bringing both of my vehicles back for service. read more
