Secondly he could fit me in the same week that I called inquiring. The bumper was beautiful and looked like new after he finished it. It only took him about 23 hours from drop off to the call for pick up. He charged me exactly what he quoted me and it was a good deal. My issues were that he told me after I had already arrived to pay that if I had cash he wouldn't charge me tax. Well I didn't have cash and I wish he would've told be beforehand. He also told me the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days when I dropped it off. I had to work so I needed it earlier. He told me he would do his best to have it ready the next day. I had to go through an ordeal to get someone who could give me a ride the next day. Well he called me first thing the following morning saying it was ready. I was not prepared for that since he made it sound like it would be late when the car was ready. So I had gone through a bunch of nonsense to secure a ride and it was completely unnecessary. Lastly I'm not sure what in the world happened but after I drove my car home I discovered that it was covered in ants. They were everywhere. I had to wash it and I was still finding them. That was gross and annoying. After everything I would do business there again because the work was done well for a fair price.

Days later Geico finally decided to have it towed, they recommended Landers or Gwatney but I insisted upon Gordy's because I knew they would be on my side/not on the side of the insurance adjuster. They got me a rental for ~5 days. When the Geico guy went to Gordy's to assess the damage he literally tried to say it had not been hit, even though his insured party had admitted fault; which had definitely thrown the alignment off. You CANNOT visually tell if a car is aligned, you have to drive it to feel the shakes she had. So after Geico guy walked around my car twice and basically called my husband a liar, Matt at Gordy's went to bat for us. He told Geico guy to shove it and listed all the things my car really needed, and told him "y'all are definitely paying for this. It's un-drive-able because of your people, you're gonna make it right." Thanks again, bud! In the end they replaced basically my whole front end and aligned her properly. In addition they replaced the headlight assembly that was badly cracked. And because Volvo parts come from Sweden Gordy's got Geico to extend my rental car to 12 whole days! Cannot recommend them enough! For any body work, paint, insurance claim, etc. Gordy's is the best you can get in Arkansas!!

They kept my vehicle for 42 days to replace a fender and a bumper, while continuously lying to both me and my insurance about a finishing time. I went up to check in person because they'd pushed back the finish date on my car 6 times, to the point where I no longer had a rental. My car was sitting in the parking lot 6 weeks after I'd dropped it off, in substantially worse condition than when I started. Things in my glove box had been taken out, and the headlights were in the back seat. Also: MY KEYS WERE ON THE HOOD IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. After confronting the owners about it, they informed me that was policy so their employees had easy access to move them. My car was also substantially dirtier than when I'd dropped it off. I got permission from my insurance to reacquire the vehicle, and he'd informed me they'd violated their contract with Progressive and I have full rights to get the vehicle back from them. Initially around week 3 I'd asked to get the vehicle back since I was about to not have a rental any longer- one of the owners informed me he'd pay for any time it had run over. If I would not have returned my rental, they would have owed $700 at the time I took it back. He didn't expect me to tell him that was the amount, and I watched the light in his eyes die because they would have done a solid portion of the work for free. At no point do I believe they would have paid for anything over. I cannot recommend this shop, at all, to anyone. The customer service has been awful and they will leave you in the dark. Sally, at the front desk was completely unprofessional.
