I quess this is a mixed review. On January 30 in that ice storm in Little Rock , I got a flat…read moretire while leaving a restuarant. The tire went flat almost immediately and i pulled into a parking lot nearby. I am 70+ and I had my 95 yr old uncle with me and I was from out of town. I had AAA. Called them and they said East End would provide a tire change. I could have done it but it was cold and I have AAA for a reason. The guy showed up pretty soon and was friendly (nice guy really). Turns out his floor jack was not operable, hummmm? He asked to use my Jeep's sissor jack. So okay and he changed the tire. fast forward to about 10 days ago and I got another flat while on the highway in Waco. Beautiful day and I was in a safe location so I was just going to change my tire. NO JACK HANDLE! Didn't realize the missing handle since I hadn't needed it in the interium. Another call to AAA. They sent a guy from Waco and he was great too. He'll get his own review. I called AAA to report the mising Jack handle that the guy from East End must have left in his truck. I mean he used it and it worked for him but now it is not with my SUV. I don't suspect any bad behavior, Shit happens from time to time. AAA called East End and the guy there called me. He was NOT defensive, perhaps he found the jack handle still rolling around in the floor of the tow truck. At any rate he said he would send me the missing pieces. And he did. I got them today. Bottom line is East End should take better care of their tools. They were friendly and they did replace the missing parts But it also COST me a service call to AAA and as anyone who uses them know you only have limited number of calls before they charge you. So I lost a service call to the issue in Little Rock. Not too happy about that and I don't know if it can be corrected. We'll see. So kudos for showing up right away in the cold and solving the problem, Shame for not having the proper tools and needing to use mine. And some points for quickly solving the missing handle issue without any pushback. So end of story, If I need a tow in Little Rock, I'll call them, I'll just be careful about the tools used.

1 Star -- Predatory, Unprofessional, and Dangerous…read more This was one of the worst experiences my family has ever had with a tow company. First, they made us wait FIVE HOURS on the side of the highway and still had the audacity to try to charge $900 for a tow that should have cost around $600. Waiting that long on the side of a highway is already stressful and unsafe, and instead of helping the situation they tried to take advantage of it. To make things even worse, they refused to accept any payment method other than cash, which is a huge red flag for any legitimate business. I called them multiple times asking them to drop the truck off, and they repeatedly refused. After several attempts, they finally said they would drop the vehicle only if I paid $657 in cash. They also threatened that if I didn't pay them in cash, they would impound the vehicle. At that point it felt like they were holding the truck hostage. The only reason the situation changed was because I threatened to take them to court, which is something no customer should have to do just to resolve a basic towing situation. The most disturbing part of the entire experience involved my father. My dad was inside the tow truck while they started driving away, yelling at the driver to stop, and they continued driving anyway. That situation alone was extremely alarming. On top of that, they drove onto the highway without the trailer lights properly on, which caused a large truck to almost collide with them. It created a very dangerous situation that could have resulted in a serious accident. My father is Hispanic and the way they spoke to him throughout the entire situation was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Between the five-hour wait on the highway, the attempted $900 charge, the cash-only demand, refusing to drop the vehicle off, threatening to impound it, unsafe driving, and the way they treated my father, this felt like a completely predatory operation. Avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of towing companies that operate honestly and professionally -- unfortunately this is not one of them.

Our business needed a storage container relocated to Little Rock, AR, and Superdable Towing SVS…read moreCorp. handled the transportation efficiently. They asked specific questions beforehand about access points and surface conditions, which showed planning rather than guesswork. On-site, the team positioned the container exactly where requested without dragging or unnecessary adjustments. The relocation itself was smooth and didn't interrupt nearby operations. Pricing reflected the equipment and coordination required and matched the initial estimate. Overall, the service felt organized and reliable for a task that needed precision more than speed.

I explained that the car was completely dead and would not shift into neutral, so they quoted me $225 for less than a 5 mile tow. In retrospect I should have called around more because this was way too high, but that is my own mistake. Then they told me it would be about 30-60 minutes before they got there which turned into over 2 hours. When the tow truck driver finally got there I showed him the car and he took pictures and did not say one thing or ask me any questions. By this time I had to go to work so I wasn't going to be able to meet them at the drop off location, which they were aware of and told me was fine. When they got there they did try to call me and I wasn't able to answer because I was at work, once again completely my fault, but then when I got back to my apartment after work I found that they had parked it in a handicap spot, which I do not have the proper tags for. So, I called them back to have them come and fix it so I don't get towed or fined again and they refused and blamed me for not answering my phone. Regardless of me answering the phone, it is illegal for my car to be in that spot and there were other available, legal, spots for it to be in (as you can see in the picture the empty spot that my car is already halfway in). Then, after back and forth for the rest of the day and the day after, they changed their story and said that I told them to put it there. I would have OBVIOUSLY not done this given that it is ILLEGAL. Finally, they agreed to send somebody to come move it but failed to tell the person that it would not go into neutral so he came without the proper equipment. It has been such a hassle and the customer service reps were not helpful at all.
