Quality customer service. Danny was so nice, quick and gave me water. Made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable.

Absolutely outstanding, exemplary service from Daniel who loaded our vehicle with TLC and quickly got us towed out of a very dangerous intersection at night near I-430 since our battery had suddenly gone completely dead, the engine wouldn't start and we couldn't use the emergency flashers. Daniel is a true asset for East End and I wish that more individuals were as professional and caring during stressful times. read more

I don't mind waiting when calling a tow obviously you're going to have to wait a while . I understand that , however I waited over 2 hours just to be told by the lady that I talked to that I was far out (30 minutes) and that she couldn't give me a estimated time and to look for another service provider that was closer . Mind you I had called once before this phone call and was told it would be about an hour which I was okay with . What I'm not okay with is the fact that I'm only 30 minutes away and you're telling me that you don't have anyone to get to me , to find someone closer ? to make someone wait almost 3 hours just to put them on hold after telling them to find someone else is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend . And save your replies I said what I said . read more

1 Star -- Predatory, Unprofessional, and Dangerous This was one of the worst experiences my family has ever had with a tow company. First, they made us wait FIVE HOURS on the side of the highway and still had the audacity to try to charge $900 for a tow that should have cost around $600. Waiting that long on the side of a highway is already stressful and unsafe, and instead of helping the situation they tried to take advantage of it. To make things even worse, they refused to accept any payment method other than cash, which is a huge red flag for any legitimate business. I called them multiple times asking them to drop the truck off, and they repeatedly refused. After several attempts, they finally said they would drop the vehicle only if I paid $657 in cash. They also threatened that if I didn't pay them in cash, they would impound the vehicle. At that point it felt like they were holding the truck hostage. The only reason the situation changed was because I threatened to take them to court, which is something no customer should have to do just to resolve a basic towing situation. The most disturbing part of the entire experience involved my father. My dad was inside the tow truck while they started driving away, yelling at the driver to stop, and they continued driving anyway. That situation alone was extremely alarming. On top of that, they drove onto the highway without the trailer lights properly on, which caused a large truck to almost collide with them. It created a very dangerous situation that could have resulted in a serious accident. My father is Hispanic and the way they spoke to him throughout the entire situation was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Between the five-hour wait on the highway, the attempted $900 charge, the cash-only demand, refusing to drop the vehicle off, threatening to impound it, unsafe driving, and the way they treated my father, this felt like a completely predatory operation. Avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of towing companies that operate honestly and professionally -- unfortunately this is not one of them. read more

I had a flat tire on the interstate. They were there within 15 minutes, brought me a cold bottle of water, changed the tire, and made sure I got back on the interstate safely afterwards. I quess this is a mixed review. On January 30 in that ice storm in Little Rock , I got a flat tire while leaving a restuarant. The tire went flat almost immediately and i pulled into a parking lot nearby. I am 70+ and I had my 95 yr old uncle with me and I was from out of town. I had AAA. Called them and they said East End would provide a tire change. I could have done it but it was cold and I have AAA for a reason. The guy showed up pretty soon and was friendly (nice guy really). Turns out his floor jack was not operable, hummmm? He asked to use my Jeep's sissor jack. So okay and he changed the tire. fast forward to about 10 days ago and I got another flat while on the highway in Waco. Beautiful day and I was in a safe location so I was just going to change my tire. NO JACK HANDLE! Didn't realize the missing handle since I hadn't needed it in the interium. Another call to AAA. They sent a guy from Waco and he was great too. He'll get his own review. I called AAA to report the mising Jack handle that the guy from East End must have left in his truck. I mean he used it and it worked for him but now it is not with my SUV. I don't suspect any bad behavior, Shit happens from time to time. AAA called East End and the guy there called me. He was NOT defensive, perhaps he found the jack handle still rolling around in the floor of the tow truck. At any rate he said he would send me the missing pieces. And he did. I got them today. Bottom line is East End should take better care of their tools. They were friendly and they did replace the missing parts But it also COST me a service call to AAA and as anyone who uses them know you only have limited number of calls before they charge you. So I lost a service call to the issue in Little Rock. Not too happy about that and I don't know if it can be corrected. We'll see. So kudos for showing up right away in the cold and solving the problem, Shame for not having the proper tools and needing to use mine. And some points for quickly solving the missing handle issue without any pushback. So end of story, If I need a tow in Little Rock, I'll call them, I'll just be careful about the tools used. read more

The driver was clearly on call and nearby when I moved my car from a restaurant on Shackleford Road. The truck arrived very fast. I had been stopped by police for an expired license plate. Clearly East End and the first policeman were in communication prior to my being stopped. I was NOT notified by mail or any form that my registration was due, so this all took me by surprise. I had assessed, so my address was known to local authorities. The driver from East End, a company I have used before with flat tire or engine troubles, never said one word to me!!! He towed my car 26 miles away to Jamison Road or street. I had to pay over $240 to get my car out after a visit at the Revenue office where the lady said, "They towed your car!" I have lived in Little Rock about 34 years and I did not know where Jamison was located. I'm 70 years old and the temperature reached 102 degrees that day. I will never call east end again. I advise everyone to find a more honest tow company. read more

I wanted to give a huge shout to Cole! He was amazing with helping me replace my bad battery. Professional, patient and answered my millions of questions like a pro and with a smile. It's a rarity to find people who love their job and is all about giving good quality customer service. And on top that gave advice on how to combat the future corrosiveness that batteries eventually get. Gotta protect those terminals right! Go see Cole here at East End Towing and you won't be disappointed!! Great value here! read more

East End Towing saved the day for me. They are contracted with AAA. My car battery was dead . Robert, from East End, was wonderful. There were no surprises regarding the price of my new battery. Robert also explained to me information regarding my car and the old battery. read more

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT LET THEM TOW YOUR VEHICLE!!! They towed our brand new 2025 vehicle and flattened the 2 back tires by not towing it properly. East End towing exceeded expectations again. Called AAA for a tire change due to blow out. Robert arrived in a timely manner and expertly changed out my tire for my spare. We had a need for East End Towing yesterday. Google maps had sent us in the wrong direction to our campsite as we were towing a 15,000 lb trailer. We ended up getting stuck in the mud. After several attempts to extract ourselves, we realized we had to call AAA. They sent Fount with East End Towing. He was absolutely marvelous. He was quick, kind, courteous, and extremely professional. We had explained to him some of the limitations of our towing set up and worked within those limitations to help extract us from the mud without any damage to our truck or camper. As the sun was setting, he worked quickly to get us back on the road before dark. I can't say enough about Fount and his kindness and professionalism. A true gem of a man! Would I use East End again? Absolutely. They communicated with me promptly and quickly as soon as AAA sent the job order to them. read more

Great People and Great Service!! If you need help, call these people. I am a female with a shredded tire and a spare located under the SUV. Needless to say I was panicked. I had no idea how to access or change the tire. I contacted two other companies and none would provide service. I would also like to say that I am confused by the other reviewer's experience. They were very professional. Explained that they could provide tire changing service and provided an estimated time frame. They also accepted credit cards. After speaking with the office, Fred, the service technician contacted me to confirm my location and again provided an estimated time of arrival. I also received a text message alerting me when he was 5 minutes away. I say all this because I was trying my best to describe where I was located; I even took a picture with my phone and sent it. Fred arrived before the estimated time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. And he was quick. He not only changed the tire but noticed that one of my other tires was low so he checked the rest of my tires and aired them up. I felt confident and safe when I went back out on the road to get home. I did not have any cash because I never carry cash. Fred called a number and the credit charge came directly to my phone. Unfortunately, it does not allow additional tip for superior service which I would have been happy to submit. When you approve the charge, it does ask about your service experience. I thought that Fred and the office were exceptional and I am so grateful to have reliable kind people available to help. Thank you for your assistance. read more

I was in a parking deck when two of the staff were trying to tow a jeep, and I needed to get past them to park. I kept scooting back and over for them to be able to leave, but they kept honking at me and then one of the staff came out and rudely gestured at me to move. They were extremely rude, did not attempt to speak to me first. Amending this review, as Virginia answered the phone and was helpful and planned to address this. read more

We hired them to tow a semi from Atwood Rd which is down off chicot Rd in saline county. The tow truck driver pulled the semi out then backed it up beside where he pulled it from and got stuck, he called his company, they sent another truck to pull the first tow truck out with semi still hooked up. We were charged for both tow trucks, so we went in the hole on money by taking the semi to ABC salvage on stagecoach Rd from Atwood Rd. I would not recommend them to tow a toy tractor I would not give them any star read more

Unfortunately I have had to use tow companies several times over the years. This tow company called me three times to switch drivers and then tried to cancel the call all together. Then they said they can't even tow it to where I need it to go. Every time I've had to wait on East End Towing company, they have taken forever, charged too much, and didn't seem to care. They shouldn't even get a star. Poor service and rude on phone. Then they hung up on me.

I had a flat tire on Baseline road on Christmas Day. I waited on the guy for almost 2 hours first of all. Secondly he couldn't even fix my tire so we had to tow my vehicle to my house (about 10 miles away). When he finally gets my Suburban in my driveway I had to call the office to pay. Surprise surprise his computer was not working. I was then told by the driver he would have to take me to a ATM to get cash or he was going to take my car! I am trying to pay you, but you cannot accept my card? What kind of operation are you guys running here? Our Christmas was ruined today by this company and their driver who might have had 3 teeth altogether! (Obviously a drug addict) Take my car? REALLY? Then upon leaving he takes my keys with him! How does this happen? Yeah shame on me I guess for forgetting myself but I was so worked up about him saying he was going to take my car because his computer couldn't take my card! And being told I would have to be TAKEN to a ATM. My Lord what just happened? This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Merry Christmas. read more

I'm surprised to be writing a five-start review, as I had a previous less than satisfactory experience with East End Towing. Late on a Friday evening I discovered two flat tires and called AAA for a tow to a nearby tire center. I was less than enthused to hear that an East End tow truck was responding. Turns out I had little to worry about. This time the driver telephoned me and stayed in regular communication. I even helped vector him in at the university. My jeep was loaded quickly and he followed us to the shop. Their string of five star reviews were indeed earned as was mine. read more

Wonderful Service, Great response time, Quality work, and Excellent Communication from initial call to end of job! The driver, Chris, was outstanding! He was prompt (arrived 30 mins before the time AAA quoted!), professional, patient, polite & all around awesome! It was 19 degrees outside and the Navigator was parked on black ice and on an incline--but he unloaded the luggage from the back end (and I had quite a bit), got out the tire--changed the flat and had me back on the road in no time! Due to the cold, he assured me that it was okay for me to wait inside while he worked, and he kept me advised on his progress. Chris ensured I had a 5-star experience by arriving quickly, delivering efficient, expert service in a friendly, professional manner. If I could, I'd request this company and this driver if I ever need a tow or roadside assistance in the future. I highly recommend East End Towing to get anyone out of a sticky situation and on to safe travels--they offer skilled, speedy service with a smile! read more

They have the worst the customer service. They are very rude and unprofessional. If you are spending your money, spend it with someone who will treat you respectfully. I'm not talking about going above and beyond the call of duty, I'm talking about basic customer service. I asked for an estimated time I should expect my vehicle to be delivered. The dispatch told me the driver will be here when he gets here and hung up the phone. I called back and asked why she hung up on me and she she said, "I got all these people on my board, I don't know what to tell you." What did that have to do with her being rude? I have used this company before, but only through AAA. I guess I should've stuck with using them only through AAA, and not an average Joe. They were not very responsive for the first time of me having my car being towed multiple times by this company. I received no real time updates on where my tow truck driver was, and when I called the company to see what could be done to compensate for my time, they shoved it off as nothing and told me to just call back in the morning when a supervisor was in. I also didn't know the price until the tow driver got to my location, when they usually give me the pricing list way before he is there. read more

East End Towing - Towing Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

On Sunday, October 30th, our vehicle experienced mechanical issues and had to be towed from Little Rock to our mechanic in Bryant. This was arranged by our insurance company. Between these two points, the driver (Daniel) lost our only set of keys. Over the course of four+ hours and at least one unanswered hold time of over 45 minutes, we tried to resolve this with both the driver and the dispatcher. Here is some of the responses of the driver to the situation: "Ma'am, HE told me to put them under the driver's side floor mat." (SHE, not HE, did not. We looked in the visors, under the floor mats, in the console, in the glove box, and under all the seats before calling to inquire where they might have been left.) "Well, that's where I always put them." "What vehicles are beside it? Did you check there?" "Did you check the ground?" "Well, someone probably stole them. They steal catalytic converters, you know." (I explained that my daughter --10 minutes behind him-- followed him, and in fact passed him as he left our mechanic's property. Also: the catalytic converter was still there, thanks for your concern.) "The mechanic probably walked out and took them." (The business is closed on weekends: no mechanic present.) "I have a picture of where I left them." (I asked him to send me that, and he refused.) The dispatcher was not helpful. At. All. She didn't return my calls as promised, and left me on hold for nearly an hour at one point. When I gave up and called back I told her if she was so sure her driver wasn't mistaken would she please have him return and locate our keys for us. As others have shared, the individual on the other end of the line was quite rude, as was the driver. Meanwhile, I finally called a locksmith. That locksmith arrived a few minutes before Daniel showed up. Full of swagger, Daniel marched past us all to our car, opened the door, crooked his finger at me, lifted the floor mat, and showed me: nothing. No keys. ANYWHERE. He said "I know where I left them", walked back to his truck, and drove away. I spent $230 to have the ignition pulled and new keys programmed/made (plus $70 more for an additional set, but that set is on me). Just so we could lock the vehicle and get keys to our mechanic in the morning. Now six hours invested into resolving an issue their driver created, we decided to drive back to the location where East End initially picked up the car so we could search the ground on the off-chance Daniel had dropped the keys somewhere. We found nothing. It's been 26 days. I've phoned and have left voicemail and verbal requests for Mark (or Chris) to call me multiple times. I have still not heard from either of them. On their website it says: "We hold our values high and will accept nothing but the best to be able to provide you with superior service. We will prioritize integrity over money every time..." This clearly is not true. They did not take reasonable care of our property, which even they admit was in their possession. Their negligence and complete lack of professionalism (across the board) in dealing with the aftermath of it cost us $$ and a considerable amount of personal inconvenience. Dodging our calls and refusing to address their driver's mistake speaks to their profound lack of professional integrity, as does how comfortable their employees are in being over-the-top rude to clients. I cannot recommend this company. read more
