Contrary to other customers' experiences of slowness, the service was prompt and friendly. The staff worked diligently to install a new tire, which they got from Tennessee since it wasn't available in-shop. Although the repair resulted in an unexpected overnight stay and some delay, the shop's kindness and efficiency made up for it. They welcomed our dog inside and even offered a ride to our hotel. Given the situation, the service was courteous, efficient, and fairly priced for the truck tire. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, fair price and customer service. They do charge extra if you use a credit card.

It was pouring oil out the back. It was the one on the inside next to the firewall of course. Once we decided we had to buy one from the dealer they replaced it very properly within two or three days and their labor was great. They cleaned up as much as possible the oil that was on the back of the engine and they were just very, very patient and very easy to talk to and the price was comparable with everybody else and it was very skilled labor.
