I did not have a large job- rather, it only involved a few very minor dings on a recent purchase. The service was friendly, fast (under the 1.5 hour on-site estimate), and competent. Dent Doctor has fixed my car twice now. I have a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid, and the bumpers have come loose twice now. Both times, Dent Doctor did excellent work fixing the bumper. I don't know what to say, brought my vehicle in for inspection and quote never heard back after a week I called to follow up and they said they lost my paperwork. I went in person with a check from insurance and they gave me an excuse that it would be 6-8 weeks but another customer was getting quotes for the next week. Receptionist tried to email my insurance quote without asking for permission after she looked over it. I had a piece pf concrete fall off the back of a truck and hit the hood of my brand new BMW X5. It left several scuffs and a small deep dent where the corner hit my car's hood. I went to dent doctor to get my front bummer replaced and get some BIG dents in my door fixed. Because I was out of town for a week it was "ok" that it took them twice the time they originally said. What is not ok is the horrible paint job they did on my new bummer. The dent repair was amazing though, I had huge dents in my car door. Update... After taking my car back twice everything has been repaired and looks great. Dent Doctor even gave me a rental for free. I would now recommend them to family and friends. I believe my problem happened only because it was such a big job that required paint and Dent Doctor is famous for their PAINTFREE dent repair. I took my Rogue here for a serious detail and wax because I had taken a road trip with my dogs and it was covered in hair. The service was great and my car looks fantastic. When I picked up my car I noticed on my way home some items I had left, like my car insurance and registration was missing. I was already almost home. I called and Victor was kind enough to offer to drop the stuff off at my home, which he did with a smile. Now that is customer service! Overall such a good experience! I went in to get an estimate on a minor bump and after getting it done they charged me that exact amount. In addition, they were very kind, helpful, and even offered me a free wash & detail after being in their shop for a day. Supposedly it was going to he finished the day before I picked it up so I could come in and get it first thing. Was supposed to pick up car at 8am. Got a call just after 8 saying it would be ready at 10:30. They knocked the price down 50% but that doesn't make up for having to call in to work late and a rush job on the vehicle. bad experience. brought a wheel in for curb rash repair. the wheel was matte black and they repainted it gloss black. its not a subtle difference. if i could post pics i would, its extremely poor workmanship. moreover, the curb rash was a very small line about 4inches long and less than 1/8th of an inch wide and they painted half the wheel. read more

The dent repair work was ok, I can still see the area when I detail my car but from any walkaround distance you do not notice it. The issue I had with this establishment was the disrespectful attitude of the elderly man, who came out with a blow-vac and began to blow the sitting area while I was sitting there and there was visible dust flying around so I had to get up go outside, and wait for him to finish and for the dust to settle. I could not believe that!!!! That was my take away. read more

If you want your dent fixed, this is a good place to get it done. But do not expect the manager to look you in the eye and say thank you sincerely. The owners need to polish up on their hospitality a bit. For straightforward dent work, they do a great job, and they do so with expedient service. If you take your car there for detailing, do not expect a high-grade professional job, because you will not get that, not even for more than $170. I guess it is all about customer expectations. I had a patch of residue near the base of the mirror, and the end of the console was untouched. Some of the body-fender seems had chemical slight residue as well. Again, a lot better than I can do in a couple of hours, but I expected more for over $170. I probably will not use them for detailing again, but certainly I will for simple dents. I would not use them for major body work either. One time, they left a tiny drip in the paint, and when I took it back, they barely sanded the apex of the paint drip, but it was obviously still there. But it may be that I am a picky customer. I am not sure; you can be the judge. read more
