I'm happy I ended my search here…read more My 3-year-old car was staring to act a little wonky and when I googled the symptoms, they all sounded a bit too transmission-related for my comfort. I wanted to get some help as soon as possible. The first 4 places I called said that they couldn't help me. I heard: "Your car is too new" "I can't touch that model transmission" "We don't work on Nissans" "Go to the dealership" Well, the 5th place was Razorback. When I told them the problem I was having, Tony said he would be glad to check it out. I dropped my car off at 8am. By 11am I had a diagnosis and - whew - I didn't need a new trans. He gave me a transmission fluid exchange and I was good to go. The whole process was so hiccup-less. The cost came out to a little higher than Google estimated for my area but I don't mind paying for service & convenience. You get what you pay for!

After few months I had to have it towed back to them for slipping in 3rd. They changed a valve and recommended a cooler. Had cooler installed and was towing it back few months later. This time they replaced trans again under warranty. Now I have a shudder and they are telling me its a converter issue and will have to all come out, and possibility trans is bad again. Neither transmission made it 10k miles and now ive spent total value of vehicle trying to solve what I shouldnt have to deal with. I bought something new and will end up having to trash or give away my old vehicle. Take you vehicle somewhere else.
