I had been driving by the business a few times a week to check on my vehicle, It never moved from the spot it was sitting in for weeks on end. So I called and said I'll just come get it. He didn't even hesitate & got me in Monday AM 1st thing. said if not ready Monday, definitely be complete Tuesday. Shocked he was able do this so fast & happy those car guys said to ask for Brian! I dropped my car off @ 7:30 they began working before I even left! I was shocked when Brian called me about 2:30, my car was ready! The cost was $195, which was SEVERAL hundred dollar's ill [kmless than others I'd called. Not to mention I called on Thursday & got in Monday?? That never happens! AND I saved SEVERAL hundred dollars, too! Basically I'd say: Budget Transmission, Brian, quick scheduling appointment quick, professional work done extremely efficiently, and AFFORDABLE! Some might have done a little bit like suck out the old fluid and put in new, but they did not take advantage of me. Transmission work is difficult, and I have never had one fail but appreciate that some people have a bad experience(s.) I do not think I would ever buy a rebuilt transmission at all from anybody (would buy new if I had to) but I have two buddies who did get rebuilds 4-5 years ago from Budget and they could not be happier.

The issue with my motor blower to be checked because I had it in an audio shop for a radio repair and now it is not working. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place over the past couple of years. I asked when could I come into the shop, thinking that it was getting near the end of the day, I suggested that I would bring it on Monday. The manager said that I could bring the SUV in today and the place closes at 6 PM. I got there at 4:17 PM. I was told that I could drop the vehicle off and leave it I said to the manager why you told me to come down and I did and his reply was sorry we have other people. I ended up just getting a diagnostic with them and they ended up charging me less then estimated. all the employees talked to was very polite and patient. they sent way too many advertising and surveys to both my phone and email after was done with service with them. even after I left reviews and feedback, they kept sending more, feels like continuous spams
