After few months I had to have it towed back to them for slipping in 3rd. They changed a valve and recommended a cooler. Had cooler installed and was towing it back few months later. This time they replaced trans again under warranty. Now I have a shudder and they are telling me its a converter issue and will have to all come out, and possibility trans is bad again. Neither transmission made it 10k miles and now ive spent total value of vehicle trying to solve what I shouldnt have to deal with. I bought something new and will end up having to trash or give away my old vehicle. Take you vehicle somewhere else.

He turned both vehicles around in a matter of days, on projects that take most shops a couple weeks. His rebuilds come with 36 months 36,000 mile warranty which I know he honors. My Sierra had a small transmission issue after its rebuild and Donnie had it in and completely rebuilt it again just to make sure it was right. Also, I had another engine issue with my Suburban about 6 months after the transmission rebuild and Donnie helped me diagnose it without any charge. Overall great experience and quality from a small shop. Would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing transmission issues!
