Took it back the following and they said it was just the metallic pads they put on but I could upgrade for additional cost. Wished they would have told me that the day before, so I kept what I got. Fast forward 8 months and I just can't take the squeal anymore. Took to Stuart's based on good reviews and was not disappointed. Explained why we brought in SUV, and we needed the squeal to stop. They looked at brakes and then SHOWED me why they were squealing (grooved rotors and those dang metallic pads). Explained that there was enough pad left and rotors still had a little life so they didn't need to be changed, BUT to get rid of squeal they'd have to be. They gave a price, asked if i was sure that's what I wanted since others were still effective.... YES!!! If you've got the awful squealing brakes u know what I mean bout can't take it anymore...had them swapped out within a reasonable time and guess what NO squeal!!!!! Seriously these guys did good job at competitive price and didn't wanna charge for work that I didn't have to have....can't go wrong with HONEST people. Brakes will always be done here in the future
