I ended up just getting a diagnostic with them and they ended up charging me less then estimated. all the employees talked to was very polite and patient. they sent way too many advertising and surveys to both my phone and email after was done with service with them. even after I left reviews and feedback, they kept sending more, feels like continuous spams

Some might have done a little bit like suck out the old fluid and put in new, but they did not take advantage of me. Transmission work is difficult, and I have never had one fail but appreciate that some people have a bad experience(s.) I do not think I would ever buy a rebuilt transmission at all from anybody (would buy new if I had to) but I have two buddies who did get rebuilds 4-5 years ago from Budget and they could not be happier.

This ended up being a $15 fix that they never checked or even mentioned as a possibility. My issue isn't that they couldn't fix it -- it's that after having my car all day, they didn't even perform the basic checks to rule out something as simple as a blown fuse. I feel like I wasted my time and money for a diagnosis that wasn't thorough. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again.
