Went to get it the next day but he was finally working on it so I let it slide. Got it back and it died the next day. Nissan said it looked like he messed up the transmission. I told Britt he could take it up with them and he lied. Said I should take legal action against the transmission fluid company. Go somewhere else. I purchase tires for all of my vehicles here, period. Their customer service is consistently outstanding. And, they offer many other services for your vehicle as well. Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate!
