David refused to go through my warranty even though it was covered by warranty, because: "They want me to sell my part for less and that's not what keeps the doors open." He then proceeded to tell me that he "doesn't tell McDonalds how much to sell their burgers." He did the work without telling me he wouldn't accept the warranty, then once I asked why, he said "I can take it out if you want." Went there with a slight rattle too and they didn't fix it either. I saw it as soon as I walked out of the waiting room to get in and pointed it out. When I asked to see the video the very young looking manager on duty watched part of it without letting me see it. When I walked back to look I immediately noticed that the video was aimed at the passenger side. I was told that was the only camera working. They completely denied it. It is bad enough I would have seen it before. I've been a customer there for years but am Never going back unless they make this right.

I purchase tires for all of my vehicles here, period. Their customer service is consistently outstanding. And, they offer many other services for your vehicle as well. Recently, I dropped my vehicle off for a tire rotation (I also love that with the purchase of tires, you get free tire rotations!). Because it was a Saturday, which I imagine is probably their busiest day of the week, I was expecting to drop off the car and pick it up later in the day, but they had my tires rotated and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. Excellent! Always great customer service! The one thing that I would say that I am not crazy about, is that I would rather that, at least for now, that their staff would wear a mask. It's not a huge deal for me, because I do wear a mask and have been vaccinated and I am not made to feel uncomfortable wearing a mask in their lobby, which I appreciate! It just may be a concern for some who may view this review. In summary, great company and very friendly and super competent staff.

Last Friday, June 19,2026, I took my 2022 GMC Sierra in because the air conditioner was not properly working. we arrived at 9:00 am. At 1:00 pm, we are still sitting there waiting. The only time I received an update was when I would text the service advisor. Finally after 4 hours, my wife who was with me went to get an update. The service advisor got an attitude with her and told her the compressor was bad, they did not have a replacement, and was putting it back together. I bought an extended warranty for about 4 grand, only to find out it expired after 60000 miles. The compressor is going to be.$1500. The entire 4 hours, not one person stopped to inquire what we were waiting on. This was so different from a couple of years ago when every salesman would stop and check on us . I am now seriously considering making my next purchase elsewhere.
