This jiffy lube is pretty solid The staff is Friendly and straight forward. They work at a pretty solid pace too and aren't overbearing with telling you what's wrong. Just be weary that this is a mechanic shop and is a business so they need to make money.(can't really fault them for that as long as nothing illegal happens which i really don't think happens here) Only real uh..I guess complication I've run into at this location has to do with my break pads. About 4 months ago I went in for a oil change and to get my break fluid changed. Well they noticed that my rear break pads where really really bad, like 1mm bad so paper thin. Of course that's serious but I didn't get paid for another two weeks and I knew enough about cars to know I could go another two weeks without issue. So I didn't make it in two weeks because things came up and got horribly busy so I didn't make it back for another month. So you may be thinking who the hell drives on 1mm break pads for that long *knowingly*? Well when I came back and they checked everything again my break pads came up on the report as "checked and ok"...I never got them fixed or looked at outside of them but I knew myself that my break pad were low but I didn't know how low. I'm not sure how the first time it was spotted and the second time it wasn't? The reason I'm giving this otherwise great place 2 stars is because this was actually a fairly dangerous mistake on their end. MOST people do not know enough about cars at all to check or even notice something like their break pads going out and how serious/expensive it can be when that happens. The second false report I was given gave me a sense of confusion as to what state my break pads were really in. So I took it to Firestone where they confirmed they were indeed, paper thin. This calls into question the accuracy of their sensory machines and some mechanics there as well as all of the reports they send out. Who knows how many cars had issues but were missed? I'm not calling shots at them personally because they will take care of you, it's just a mistake that could have dire consequences. If you feel like you are having issues or they point out something, check somewhere else first before you make your move. Another side note weird this is pricing seems different for different people. I drive a IS200t 2016 and my oil change was $100 My brother drives a Is350 that's only a few years old but his cost $130?? Takes the same oil and same amount so yeaaaa. read more

I got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube a few months back, they failed to put the oil cap on correctly and I lost 2 1/2 quarts of oil, plus $113 service charge from a real mechanic to figure out what the problem was. Went back to get my oil changed when it was time and share the bill with them. The manager was extremely rude and only refunded the oil that was lost, and none of the service charges or my time trying to figure out what the problem was. Disgusting behavior, will never go back. Gave them a chance to do right. They still charge me for the oil change, ridiculous! read more

This is like a 5 star hotel of oil change when it comes to service. I wish Texas had places like this, soon as you pull up they direct you when bay to go to and then ask you what do you need and then they explain the price + everything that comes with the price. Was like $49 for oil change, vacuum your car, check tires, windshield, filter check, battery check, etc. I was like awesome go for it, they do make you get out of your vehicle though. However the waiting room is cool with coffee + tv and then they get all your info and let you know different prices for oil, show you your dirty filters and let you decide what you want to do. Walmart took hour and a half to change the oil with pay check collectors doing the job, Jiffy Lube took under 30 minutes to accomplish everything. Even when you leave the guy holds your door open and says thank you very much and closes your door for you. I mean, this place has service. Keep it up Jiffy Lube. read more

Come in today for full service oil change and leave. My vehicle has a clean bill of health so I go home. A few hours later I am about to leave for Memphis, I get in my car and start driving down Cantrell and all of a sudden all hell breaks loose under my hood, lights flashing and no power steering. First off thank god I wasn't on the freeway yet. Second off its the serpentine belt that completly shredded in the matter of hours in my drive way? So here I am at jiffy lube and pull out my check list and all my belts have been given a green light for good shape. Well thats not the case, jiffy lube lied and nearly had me killed due to their negligence and who's left to flip the bill, me. He found a coupon for me to get a discount on my service and I didn't even ask for it!! The service itself only took about 40-45 minutes and they were clean and neat! I Had in Past Service At The Jiffy Lube on Bowman Road Little Rock Arkansas. I will never go back to that location on Bowman Road because they messed up my vehicle several times several occasion . Not completing a job they do messy and sloppy job they rushing rushing the vehicle and rushing it out not completing not putting all the attachments back where they belong not tighten up things on the vehicle where it's belong . When I went in April to get an oil change at the Jiffy Lube on Bowman Road they messed up on my vehicle. Didn't reattach my skid pan back to the normal way is supposed to been which with the clips of the pins the fasten the back on tightly. I'll advise anybody if you going to the Jiffy Lube on Bowman Road pay attention to your the work that they perform on your vehicle make sure everything is done correctly and properly and professional. If you're a girl DONT GO HERE! They seriously charged me $30 for a TIRE ROTATION! What?? Also claimed my air filters needed to be changed when I just had them replaced two months ago...So ridiculous. I won't go back & hope to save you the trouble! We took our car here for an oil change... to start they wanted over $50 bucks for an oil change on a little v6 Honda Accord! BUT they'll top off "ALL" your fluids and vacuum the car for you! Not really ALL, extra charge for this & that fluid + they tried to up sale us many service we didn't need, including fuel system service for a recently rebuilt fuel system, etc. The vacuum job was crap! And the best part was when they tried to sell us a new air filter, I told them it was new (it wasn't dirty) and asked if they had an air compressor, I was told yes, "GREAT, blow it out" I told them! Which my old oil guy did all the time & only changed it when it was necessary! I was told by the service professional they would not do that and it doesn't work anyway! My experience at Jiffy Lube on Rodney Parham was the worst ever. For starters, nobody wore masks, or if they did, they were hanging around their chins. With all the noise and frantic activity, it was impossible to understand the woman who took my keys, shouting in my face through her open mask. They told me I needed new air filters, which I did not. Then they overcharged me $20 for the oil change--$89. (Who ever heard of an $89 oil change?) I will never go back to Jiffy Lube. You're better off going to your dealer or a local mechanic. read more

I stopped in for an oil change and was told there was a problem with the screw for the pan and that it would be risky to change. They said that I could continue on for a while though until I get to a mechanic to fix it. I'm glad they were honest and were nice enough to check and top off the fluids. Nice guys there. read more

I used jiffy lube frequently in the past and had trouble with their upsells. Today, I gave them another try at a new location. The same upsells on everything. I needed air filters. My air filters were fine and one was recently changed by the dealership. Then the passenger side windshield wiper which I changed last month. I had enough and asked for my car back. It already had the oil drained, so I had to pay for that. No vacuuming. My tire light was on. They said they would check my tire pressure. They did not. All-in-all, I'm back to looking for a new oil change place. read more

Very expensive and they were supposed to change my oil, rotate my tires and put air in my tires. They didn't rotate my tires and lied to me about putting air in my tires. My car tells me what the psi is in each tire and they clearly hadn't done it. They also were supposed to call me when I could come pick up my car and after a few hours of no call I finally had to call them to find out it was ready. read more
